Cool combo! I would personally take out the Mental Misstep, it's the only thing keeping this from being both Modern and Legacy legal. Maybe work on finding more ways to trigger this combo or a similar combo, it might be rather difficult to get the exact cards you need every time.

This is quite similar to my Knowing deck that I made a while back, you might want to work on other ways to use the Omniscience in the off-chance that someone counters stuff or exiles them all from your deck (Counterbore, Cranial Extraction, Memorcide, Quash, Shimian Spectre, Slaughter Games, Thought Hemorrhage, there's a lot). And I can't say I see the point of a deck that's even illegal in Legacy.

Kinda shocked to see no Loxodon Warhammer in here, hands down my favorite equipment.

Thanks! It actually stems from a deck I used to run a few years ago when I first got back into mtg that has since been split into multiple decks, it was basically straight threaten with a ton of kill spells and discarding, people hated me haha.

I also went red/green whilst making my landfall deck, but I have to say that mono seems like the way to go. Nicely done!

Doubling Season, Primal Vigor and Parallel Lives seems like a bit of overkill with the token generation. If you took out Primal Vigor and maybe switch out Saproling Symbiosis for Sprout Swarm or something of the sort this could be a pretty good modern deck. I would take both out seeing how you can easily make it modern legal. Maybe throw in some cheaper stuff like Thallid (which still works with the mechanic for one tap) and I'd drop some of the pricier artifacts. A lot of decks would take this out before you could ever get them out.

Bloodchief Ascension is way better. I can trigger it in my deck by turn 2, you wouldn't even be able to play a guildmage that quick.

I'm really surprised that Waste Not/ Megrim or Liliana's Caress aren't in here. Another suggestion, Black Vice works really well with The Rack, I used to run them both in a mono black that I made back in high school. I have a discard based deck now and found that it helps to splash in other colors, blue works really well (Wistful Thinking) but I think red works the best (Shocker, Barbed Shocker, Blightning, etc.). Hope this helps, please check my decks out when you get a chance!

You might also want to check out my budget control deck, it's as cheap as this one and would probably do a number on it. Feel free to purchase any of my decks, I just think that one would be particularly effective and is really inexpensive.

I feel as if this needs more focus on the mechanic/ needs to figure out what the mechanic actually is.

It doesn't fare the best against control heavy decks or if someone has a ton of Naturalizes/ Destructive Revelrys but that's to be expected in a deck that relies so much on enchantments/ artifacts.

So far, it hasn't been fully tested. I'm still waiting on a few card to get it into this exact lineup but the test runs that I've done so far have been quite successful. I had 4 BCs and 4 Mindcranks at some point but I'm now missing one of each which is frustrating. Even without 4 of each, it has been triggering the BC easily and the Disciple of Deceit helps you get a Mindcrank to fulfill the combo or vice-versa. I was really concerned about how it would deal with creature heavy decks but between the counter spells and leaching enchantments, it's more well-rounded than I could have ever hoped for haha.

Not sure I understand the question, what do you mean?

Strip Mine is actually banned in everything. Dash Hopes seems rather pointless, and I'd have to agree with TheXile on the fact that this is rather diluted, it could be neutralized quite easily. I think a better alternative to the myrs for artifact ramp would be Lotus Bloom.

You might want to update the description as none of the cards you talk about are in this deck anymore haha
