No need to apologize, I was just saying that it's a rather tricky thing to make a deck with no land. I realize that I might have seemed a bit curt.
Spirit Link is similar to Lifelink, but you can cast it on either your or an opponent's creature, & still get the boon.
I like the semantic trickery, well played.
Please remember that the mana produced by braid of fire has to be used IN YOU UPKEEP and NOT IN YOUR MAINPAHSE ONE.The only thing in this deck that can use this mana, as far as I can see is bolt. Having some shimmer myr and artifacts would be usfull, aswell as having something like though the breach.
Nowhere does it state that you have to use the mana that it produces, though it does happen on your upkeep. Mana burn isn't a thing anymore if you hadn't heard.... and the mana does empty at the end of the phase but the upkeep states that I have to produce the mana, not necessarily use it.

Poor choice of words on my part. What I meant to say was "only in your upkeep, not main phase one". Your response seems like I offended you, I didn't mean to atall. I hope the development of this deck goes well.
Not at all, I actually incorporated what you said into the changes I made. I added figure of destiny who can use the mana during upkeep, more burn spells and brute strength because they utilize Braid of Fire.
blister pod or bloom tender, check out eldrazi's maybe something that will work in there
though I do agree with the idea of blisterpod, wild cantor would probabaly be more reliabale in the deck... though talking of eldrazi spells you could use a Not of this world in the sideboard to protect your "figure of destiny " against other zero mana decks that run removal?BTW, I assume your playing this deck vs other manaless decks?
I can't say that I encounter a lot of manaless decks to be perfectly honest. Though Not of This World is a good card, I don't know if it would be a great fit in this deck. FoD is the only creature that it would do any good and you aren't always going to get him out.
@OneofMany, Blisterpod is under advisement, but I'm looking for more initial mana to get this thing going faster and I also would prefer if he produced colored mana. Bloom Tender is kind of the same deal, though it would help in the long run, I don't see it being much use in the beginning of the game. It doesn't matter what he's producing if I don't have enough colors among my permanents.
