Deck Description

Created this budget-y version of an Iroas EDH deck for a friend of mine. Boros is a tough piece of the color pie to plan for in EDH, so boosting mana with things like Ancient Tomb and Gilded Lotus were a must to try and keep the deck at a competitive level. It has a good measure of ways to remove threats in both targeted and mass removal and there are a few creatures even, like Urabrask and Grand Abolisher, that mess with board state. The nice thing about Iroas is that he is immensely helpful getting your combat damage across, so the main goal is to maximize the effectiveness of your combat damage with creatures and spells that boost your creatures' power and toughness, enhance the amount of combat damage you can deal by either doubling it or another means, and creating tokens to force your opponents to face more attackers and tougher blocking decisions. Any comments or feedback are always welcome!

Side note: Iroas is the God of Rock N Roll because he looks like a yoked centaur that just took center stage at the biggest, baddest Magic-themed heavy metal concert in history.
