This is a brew I have been working on for a while. If you could leave some comments on ideas for the deck that would be great. If you are looking to budigitize this, you can replace Brimaz with Kemba, Kha Regent, and Tarmogoyf with Scavenging Ooze. Ideally the mana base would be running 2 copies of Horizon Canopy, but due to cost, I left them out. There is a Version 1 of this deck that has the optimal land base.Noble Hierch is not in here only because it is often relevant to equip Birds of Paradise with a sword and start swinging in to get the swords ability to trigger. Noble Hierch doesn't have flying, birds does. The exalted trigger here is not as relevant as in other decks.
The strategy is similar to that of Caw-Blade. It is a Zoo/Control/Caw-Blade hybrid that has good matchups against the good modern decks right now (affinity is the only issue at the moment).You get out a beater, then protect it with counter magic untill you find a sword to equip it with, and end the game in a turn or 2 with the raw power that the swords have. Need protection against burn? Go grab a Sword of War and Peace. Need to get past a siege Rhino? Go get a Sword of Feast and Famine! Sword got destroyed AND your creature? Snap back a steelshapers gift and equip the sword to snapcaster mage!
