Too true, some options might be fatties that can discard themselves like Jungle Weaver, Macetail Hystrodon or even Mournwelk? Twisted Abomination can fit in there too. I recommend at least a couple of these as you seem to have very little discard for a deck like this. Your Putrid Imps and (it pains me to suggest) a Funeral Charm pointed at yourself are all you have. I would look for some cards that force all players to discard, such as Rotting Rats.

Pathbreaker Wurm might be an option, especially if you can get it out with an Eldrazi.

Other than that and the Eldrazi you already have there's not many exciting options. Reanimater just doesn't have as much pizzazz in Pauper.

Removal! An excellent point. I was trying to put my finger on what was missing from this deck. Devour Flesh will be great, I think three alongside the Death's Approaches will suffice. As for the added counters, I'm unsure what to drop in lieu of it. Most of it is in the side right now, I could always switch it out for creatures and ciphers of my own is I find opponent's creatures are too troublesome.

I think Grisly Spectacle is a bit costly, but avails itself as another sideboard option against opponents trying to drop in big creatures in the late game.

I'd love some more draw power in here to keep the milling alive, but there aren't any good looters available as present. I've been eyeing Uncovered Clues from Dragonmaze as a potential spell seeker.

Hey Drooney, you have a point here, I seem to have made a "Ramps into Nothing" deck here. My bad. However, this deck is designed for Standard Pauper format, meaning it only uses common cards that can be found in Standard right now. So while most of your options listed won't be available, I have put in the Zhur-taa druids who can combo off the flicker combo + Village bell ringer. There should be enough draw here to find the many pieces and enough ramp to stick them all into play.

I hear that one pal! It's so great to drop a Court Street Denizen and next turn cast Captain's Call, tap their whole team and swing in with yours :P

Fair catch with the Righteous charge, I always forgot that distinction between Pauper and Standard Pauper. So The Break of Days will have to do in their stead. I think between those and the Selfless Cathars I'll be able to steal a few wins by blowing out opponents with a surprise armada of 3/3s.

However, on the point of Bonds of Faith I think I still prefer them over Pacifism. You make a good point in that the majority of the tokens are not enchantable, but Gather the Townsfolk provides Humans. Having the versatility of sticking it on a Court Street Denizen or Attended Knight provides a fair trade for not being able to pacify opponent's humans. There are few enough humans that will really cause an issue enough to pacify.

You may be correct there. I've been on and off about the green. There's a few minute bonuses with deathtouch access from the Peddlers and a little ramp with the Pilgrims. But perhaps going mono white would be the correct choice here.

I think I'd almost like to put in more of a removal suite however than a couple more token generators. Especially with Knight Watch and Seller of Songbirds being slower than anything I've already got. Maybe fill out the arrays of Attended Knights and Azorius Arresters and put in some Cloudshifts to make more use of them? Perhaps a couple Zealous Strikes or Skillful Lunges to give combat tricks. And then maybe throw in Smite the Monstrous, and plain ol' Smite in the Sideboard to deal with decks that quickly get out a couple bigger guys. That could work. I'll stick in the changers, let me know what you think.

Mm I did mess around with those two in earlier versions, but I found they were just too high of costs even with enough ramp. And putting in all the ramp doesn't mitigate the difficulty of casting them. Getting the 3/3 centaurs and 4/4 rhinos would be nice to have before playing all of the other populate cards, but it's just not how it lines up. There's a lot more cohesion working largely with white human tokens with the Court Street Denizens and Bonds of Faith to push past opponent's defenses.

Seems strange to have the Door of Destiny in there, you may want to add more Fungus cards to take advantage of it or just remove it completely. Maybe add in Thelon of Havenood and more spore counter fungi to take advantage of the guildmage if you do end up keeping it in though.

Heart of light received an upgrade in the form of Ghostly Possession during Innistrad. That will give your Guards flying as well at no extra cost :)

I'm a big fan of Palace Guards, this will let you make them even nastier.

Been crafting up a deck similar to this. You might consider Molten Psyche. If you add in Reforge the souls and manage to reverberate one of them, you can kill an opponent outright. Works nicely with Jace's Erasure too for the mill side of things.

I think you're missing your Mimic Vats :P

Mm, Tezzy's Gambit would be solid. Not so sure about steady progress as it's only a one card draw. but with the Gambits and the Contagion Clasps proliferate should be a more frequent occurence.

Think i'll change out the Mimic Vats for Prototype Portals as well. I'm not sure what I was hoping to Mimic Vat.

The decks seems sort of caught between putting creatures in the grave and pulling them all back out. White might not be neccessary in here.

I love the Charmbreaker devils. But I think the best way to feature them in a deck is with fewer sorcs/instants, as unusual as that seems. This way, your options for which card comes back to your hand are more limited. Do you really want to repeat your geistflame or infernal plunge?
