The deck I saw with heartless summoning was a reanimator deck, (It had that as an option due to the amount of kills and counters played in our meta). He was a little slow using simple prevention from white to live until he could throw titans and praetors at the other player. Elesh Norn is nasty on turn 5... much less a grave titan on turn 4. O.o

I don't have 2 gideon, 4 snapcaster, or 3 sun titans, so sadly this deck is slightly outta reach for me. BUT, the sun titan + phantasmal image combo I've been looking at for a long time, as well as others. The cool thing for me is seeing a deck that has so many 1x spells. :)

Right so it is obviously genius, just a tad difficult for us normal players to get to. Also Surewhynot if your reading this, have you made an innistrad Extractor deck yet? I'm dying to see what you've come up with.

I tend to agree with what the guys with 1400 posts have to say.

And what he was referring to was the fact that you essentially double the amount of any given sorcery or instant spell you have by adding snapcaster mage to your deck.

Reaper is fun, I made a pod deck too (posting it right after this). But I notice nothing costs higher then 6... Why no Sutured Ghoul or Moldgraf Monstrosity? or your playing white, Elash Norn is a great top of the food chain item.

Your creature curve is good until you hit 5, I only counted 3 creatures that cost 5. (acidic Slime and archon of justice)

Here are my thoughts,
-2 Sylvok Replica (Sideboarded Naturalize works if you need it)
-1 Sun titan (it cant bring back your pod if that dies so why bother?)
+1 Glissa, the Traitor (she can)
+ 2 Acidic Slime (better then Sylvok Replica)
-1 Blade Splicer (Not enough golem tokens for good synergy)
Instead use one of the following instead :D
+ Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite (if you have her)
+ Moldgraf Monstrosity (it dies then you get whatever creatures you want back, it lives they die)
+ Sutured Ghoul (hilarious when you know they cant use "go for the throat" or O-ring on it. Yeah I'd like to summon a 18/19 trampling creature please)
+ Sunblast Angel (Gets rid of all tap creatures when it enters play)
+ Massacre Wurm

Just my thoughts, enjoy

um... the best standard reanimator I've seen is the WB heartless summoning deck, and since seeing that I am playing S.E. more. Surwhynot has shown me the dark side, and now I love extractor decks.

Drop anything that doesnt mill or protect you.

Lose the Angel, if your doing myr consider Myr welder + Galvanic myr + Grindclock
Darkslick shores are better then Refuges.

More Planeswalkers isnt ever a bad thing, perhaps try getting a Jace, Memory Adept.
Lose the Suffer the Past, it isnt good enough, if you need to remove cards from a grave yard use surgical extraction, or nihil spellbomb.

If you have halimar Excavator play them, even if it only mills one card it is a blocker too :D.

Also if you feel like experimenting get blue unblockable and use sword of body and mind.

Just some thoughts, as I'm putting my mill together right now.

I hate to point out that this deck loses most of the time... everything will hit the table on turn three earliest. Control decks are up and defensive against you on turn 1 (spell pierce) and almost always on turn 2 (mana leak, negate).

Standard rush wins on turn 2 or 3.
1; panic spell bomb, 2; kiln fiend/immolating souleatter, 3; Assault strobe, mutagenic growth, tainted strike, vampires bite, etc...
1: Glister elf, 2; Assault Strobe, Mutagenic growth, Giant growth, etc...

Mana ramp will put you to shame, I watch this type deck (green/blue form) try to beat a valakut. deck. Was funny to watch.

But the idea is fun!! :D

dude there is an easier way...

4x treasure hunt
4x Zombie Infestation
20x swamps
20x islands
4x creeping tar pit
4x drowned catacombs
4x darkslick shores

Mulligan until you get a treasure hunt, obviously you will get the lands you need and then simply play the infestation and discard all the extra lands in your hand for 2/2 creatures to beat the enemy senseless with :D

Obvious flaws are any creature that allows the enemy to hurt/heal based on creatures, whiplash trap, any red deck worth a damm... etc, but the idea is funny.

Well to keep it standard, use dual lands and add green. Then early on you can use land searching spells for mana ramp, and you would have fog and similar. Also... no Chancellor of the Annex? (I mean it seems like the perfect turn 1 stall even if your not first :D )

Heh heh, I love extraction, although it looks a little bit like mill with the archive traps being your main win condition. (lets face it they shouldnt get any creatures out to copy) then again not all of us have 3 obliterators like surewhynot does. :D

Well, yes silvers are kinda insane. And perhaps one of the most unbalanced things to come from wizards... I wouldnt take them out of magic for anything. Even if a half brain dead person can make a reasonable silver deck. Here in europe we play a format called highlander (NOT EDH) and silvers are sometimes amusing for that format, though in general they get stomped on. Everyone knows, oh silvers. "KILL THEM". Besides... ArchEnemy is fun with them :D

Mistake or not, if they weren't there then there would be a hole in magic. You need the ultimate hive mind evil. It's in star trek, its in star craft, its in master of orion... you need the hive mind. If only to check mark it off of the list and say "never again" I like them, but I dont make over powered nonsense like this, well... outside of highlander.

Also surewhynot, could you pop over and look at my standard tournament burn deck? You seem to reliably have good ideas and I would like your opinion if the deck could be improved in anyway. Thanx in advance.
