in terms of artifacts to add in, i'd definitely add in a dragons claw or four, it'll pick up the slack left by your goblins being almost exclusively stuck on the ground, you may also contemplate a couple kitesails to give some flying. In my mono red goblin deck ( it's not posted on here atm) i also run a pair of voracious dragons and a strata scythe. i'd also say that a shrine of burning rage would be at least a little helpful.

Some suggestions (although some pythos said something different, I'll try to tell you why I would do the changes):
Remove "Dragon's Claw" (You want to have an agressive deck, and you normally shoudn't need the life. Also life-generation is somewhat slow here), "Kitesail" and "Strata Scythe" (You normally win by mass with such a goblin deck, and not with a single creature. There are other ways to buff your creatures). With all those artifacts removed from the deck I would also take "Kuldotha Rebirth" out, because the chance is very high that you don't have any expendable artifacts out.
Up the number of "Krenko, Mob Boss" to 3. With just 2 of him you have a high chance of not drawing when you need him.
I also wood remove "Teetering Peaks". Its a great buff but it costs you speed as it only comes in tapped

Suggestions for replacement:
You need more mana. 15 Lands seems insufficient. 20 would be good, if you feel thats to much try it with 18. But I would play with no less that 18.
Quest for the Goblin Lord (Buffs all your creatures, enchantment and though hard to get rid of), Infiltration Lens (Carddraw), Aether Vial (Playing creatures without mana-costs)
Bloodmark Mentor (First strike for all your red creatures), Goblin Chieftain (+1/+1 and haste for all your goblins), Mogg War Marshal (Replaces himself with a token, very good in combination with "Quest for the goblin Lord", Spikeshot Elder (Converts extra mana into damage, good when buffed), Warren Instigator (playing goblins without mana-costs)

Greetings
Muktol

Some good ideas...and I will have to look through them when I get home. However the reason why the dragon claws are good in my opinion is that it is a STAR dec and if you are not familiar with the Star format it is a VERY long game with five people (all mono color decks) sitting in the order of the magic color wheel trying to take out the person on their direct left and right. The games tend to last 2-3 hours from my experience and you are usually through 3/4 of your deck by the end. Some life is definitly worth looking into because that "20" starting health will not last you very long if the guy on your left and right gang up on you. The specific cards you mentioned I will have to look at when I get home, I bet you have some great ideas in there.

i thought you were trying to take out your enemy colors in a star game...

you are? They last forever though in tournament play at our local store I think my shortest match ever was an hour and I had maybe 20 cards left tops. Usually we run down to the bottom 7 it gets pretty chaotic.

EDIT: Oh I see what I did to make you post that...lol will edit it.

I said previously taking out the colors on your left and right...that is another format we play. Star you take out your enemy colors. Thank you Pyrothos for correcting me.

Added some of your suggestions...some I left out because they are not legal in Extended and then Instigator would put me WAY past the term "budget".

five alarm fire is a card that is great in goblins especially when you're rushing with a massive amount of goblins

I actually do like that card....I think I will replace the extra Dragon's Claws in the sideboard with it.

Door of Destinies would help all your goblins, but especially Spikeshot.

Yeah it would but I can't decide what to take out for it....I may have to break down and get rid of the Dragon's Claws..... : \

door of destinies is helpful but too slow for goblins, use coat of arms instead. It still provides a giant boost for your goblins but it works the turn you put it down

Not legal in extended sadly and our local "Star" league is extended. Would be a great card though.

Good news! Wizards is retiring the Extended format when Theros comes out, so in about a month, hopefully, it will change to Modern!

Not really that huge of an adjustment being as the difference between Modern and Extended is barely noticeable being as there was a period of HORRIBLE set releases in there. By the way shops are sanctioned to hold Extended up until October I believe as long as the events were planned before August 7th. Which gives extended alot more lifetime left compared to the current rotation going out on the 27th of sept in standard, but when it switches I will edit the deck accordingly.
