I'd love to drop this down to 60-80 cards, but I don't know how at all, I'm indecisive. I want it fast. It's going to be a two headed giant deck. Mainly I want to start getting big creatures out by turn 3, and just keep putting them out.

cut it to 60 first thing drop all your non-basic lands down to 3 add 2 islands and plains, i use a system of 3 of a needed card instide of 4 i find it ovr kill for stuff that i can rarely play like dragonstorm i would cut it completly due to its high cost you should have the game won by turn 9 anyways. with your sneaks getting your creatures on the board you dont really need so much land grab stuff some cards that let you grab cards from your deck would work better and draw cards too. hope this helps

Ok, dump the 2 sheoldred, skithyrix, and 1 kaalia for 4 Kilnmouth. I speak through experience that kilnmouth is one of the biggest bombs you can see in a dragon tribal. I have gotten one to 26/26 And trust me it wasn't pretty
Ok, you say you want it fast? Well seething song and geosurge do just that. Grim monolith will also do the job like it does for me! Dragonspeakers are a good start but for a speedy dragon deck you want a lot of ramp. I would honestly say take out all of the non-dragons except for the dragon speakers unless you really want them. Intet, numot, teneb and all of those aren't very helpful with their 3 colors. Dragons focus around red and you should try to stay on mostly red as much as you can.
