Swapped City of Ass for Unknown Shores.

I need help with the Give//Take situation. I want this card or something just like this. I have City of Ass (lol) for the fact I can get one of any one color (blue). This will help with removing the counters from Protean Hydra, plus the bonus of having the option of the 3 +1/+1 counters.
Id like to have something else besides City of Ass that has a similar affect.

I took out a few cards and went down to $59 haha. I put those cards in the sideboard so i can look for cards that are like them or something.

Other colors: White (and colorless)
Budget: $50
And that card looks good i added it

I would like it to be less than $50. But if its over that is fine for now.

I'm going to just make an OP flying deck. I want some more low mana cost flying and some that are OP even if they cost more. Also can you think of anything that will do something like"Flying cost (mana) less to cast"?

Also, I was looking on the link you put from The Gatherer. I remember playing with cards that have the ability: "When you gain life, put a +1/+1 on (itself or other creatures, depending on card )". I would like to have a deck that does this. Would you suggest to add it to this deck (and take out cards as needed) or to make a deck that revolves around cards like that.
I have Ajani's Pridemate that does this to itself but I saw Archangel of Thune. Its a high mana cost but it does put a +1/+1 on all creatures.
