Basically, I don't think you need 38 creatures and basically no other spells. It means you have no response to anything the other player does. Since your creatures are essentially unblockable, but also unable to block, you might want to put in some things to prevent enemies from attacking, or some way to spread some lifelink around (spirit loop on the warlord, maybe?). Some things to protect your creatures or buff them on the attack as well would be good as well; something like +1/+1 to all creatures can add up if you have several creatures.

You also probably ought to get some stuff that abuses shadows essentially unblockable nature. I don't know what of that is good in WB but I'm sure there's some. The Swords of ___ and ___ work as well; you could run a playset of two in deck and three in sideboard to customize which ones you want. Quietus Spike can help nuke a players life total, etc, etc.

What is your plan for dealing with other people's decks? Shadow means you can't block creatures without shadow, so any other aggro deck can aggro back just as hard, and a lot of them are going to have more aggressively costed creatures. You're basically letting both sides attack for free, but the other deck could have creatures like Elite Vanguard or anything else with more power than cmc, which means they'll likely outrace you. You also ought to at least thin the number of creatures in the deck out, and build upon some of the more creatures with control effects (like the mindripper or visionary, which you only have 2 of)

I think going for 4 spheres is a good choice, maybe dropping some other anti-attack control in exchange; the spheres stack, so getting more than one just makes them even more OP, and even a single on with a few other enchantments out will lock down the game, moreso than some of your other cards. Thus, increasing your chances of drawing one of them is a good choice.

Maybe try eldrazi monutment instead of akromas memorial. you've easily got enough token gen (just from ooze flux alone, which will feedback into more counters on you evolve creatures) to pay for it, and the indestructible will help a lot.

I'd use use canopy cover or shielding plax (which is simic colors, bonus!) to protect your biovisionary instead of glaring spotlight (and maybe use vines of vastwood instead of sheltering word), and use more walls instead of stalker and delver. Maybe a couple mimic cards to either copy one of your other walls for early protection and/or copy biovisionary if you don't get reflections.

You're deck should be stalling for time to get a win with biovisionary, so you should build around stalling. Maybe put a playset of another copy spell in and or a playset of a fog-clone so you can stall harder.

yeah, you could run some blistercoil weirds and wee dragonauts, maybe a couple teleportals for backup unblockable. You might want to provide some protections of some kind as well, because a single lightning bolt or PtE will put you down 2-3 cards (depending on how many spells you put out). Also, you might want to pick different mana-fix lands, the ones you have have a very good chance of coming in taped, slowing you down.

You might be better off loosing the infect, and running just UR, similar to the deck I made a while back. That way you can skip the black.

Why not use Blue Sun Zenith to deck the other player while staying within your colors? As it is, in addition to your core combo you need one of another couple cards to get the right mana color for your X spells.

Oops, somehow liked my own deck twice. Ain't that lame. Only liked it because it wasn't showing up in my deck folder.

Have you thought of using static orb? Each player only gets to untap 2 perms each turn. Combo'd with Dream tides the other player is SOL, and it gives you another chance to draw the semi-stasis card you need. I just build a RUW deck that does more or less the same thing, but it's part red because I wanted to use Lightning Angel, and it isn't all flyers.
