Can't do both? Tokens and counters?

For board wipes i suggest requim angel (turns your dead saprolings into flying spirits). I also noticed that you are lacking a twilight drover and a sigil captain.

Here is my ghave edh:

I was recomended using this cards with ghave decks:
Juniper order ranger (infinite supply for saprolings)
Sigil captain (same as juniper)
Requim angel (Mass murders like damnation and wrath of god turn to shit)

PD: I hope what you said about doubling seasson up in the deck descripiton was a joke like the one from the tittle. I don't see how parallel lives can be better (except for the ca$h). I actually think that cards like doubling seasson and twilight drover are musts in any ghave deck

I'm running a Ghave deck as well (I'm actually new to the commander comunity). Got lucky while ravnica was standard and pulled a doubling seasson. You should go with a corpsejack menace (helps ghave a lot).

How does the symbiotic wurm gets to be with these other cards? I understand the reasson why the others do fit with ghave, but why does symbiotic wurm fit too?

Thanks for the advice. I'll see what I can get (I have to stick to a budget) =).

I see your point. Took 1 ranks an 1 troll out and put in 2 vraskas. Even though unblockable assassins sounds pretty straight, I feel that blustersquall will suit the deck better since artful only helps the tokens (a grimgrin is the bigest unblockable possible in the deck). Though artful dodge would be grate in a UBG with vraska and ghoultree.

Liked it. Tracker's instincts also accelerates the deck and dreamtwist instead of thoughtscour.

For sideboard I would go for some hexproof and counter spells. People would go for your main defenders (DK, the guardian and fog bank).

I tested the deck and if my opponent's weren't lucky at removals (at least 6 main deck) they had to deal with a 4th turn ghoultree. Even though, i think its a bit unreliable against rakdos and azorius and i want to be prepared for anything.

Thanks for the advice. The spear helps me delaying my opponent until volatile rig or desecration demon comes out.

I hadn't considered heavy grave removal like tormod's and rest in peace. Thanks a lot for the advice.

Thx for the feedback. The main idea is to get your opponent in total lock down of creatures while making a diference between life totals (either you wining life or he losinig it). Have tainted sigil and children of korlis to withstand heavy hits or recover after draining your life. Then you have 3 creatues to choose how to win:

-Wall of blood: drain your life to 1 and use either rite of consumption or essence harvest on him. The result is that you recover your original life and deal massive damage over your opponent.

-Immolating souleater: if your opponent has no way to block him or remove him he must pray you don't have a rite of consumption or an essence harvest at your dispossal.

-Death's shadow: only use if you are losing in life. Can be your last ressort with a lot of luck.

Cool deck. I prefer knights over soldiers (don't know why yet). I would consider adding knight of medow grain and leonin skyhunter. Also removing skyhunter prowler, goldenglow moth and veteran cavalier (prefer first strike over vigilance and the moth isn't a knight)
In resume this would be it:

-4 veteran cavalier
-4 goldenglow moth
-2 skyhunter prowler
+4 student of warfare
+2 sigiled paladin
+4 kinght of medow grain

I personally would consider screeching skaab. Its only a 2-card self mill but can die easly, making a third-turn splinterfright play more provable
