would i be right in thinking there is an element of control in this deck mate lol, must have taken some putting together mate only running one of each, i have to say im not familer with this format but you do seem to have a healthy mixture of removal control and evasion here looks good to my untrained eye well done mate.
In EDH you run a deck of 100 cards, and one of those cards is a General (which I always have in my Sideboard). Also, you can only run 1 of each card except for Basic Lands. That's the basics, trust me, there's a whole lot more to EDH. It's been extremely fun to make these decks so far. P.S I was wondering what decks you would come up with now, I'll be sure to check them out. P.P.S This Deck is still in progress, I'll work on more of it today.
No Sovereigns of Lost Alara? Crazy... I would definitely run one of those bad boys. Mesa Enchantress would help with card advantage too.
I'll add Sovereigns now, can't beleive I forgot about them. Mesa Enchantress is kind of useless because you don't CAST Enchantment Spells, you put them into play. That's the same reason why Diplomatic Immunity is so good with Zur, you put them into play then attach them, you don't cast it. Thanks for the comment! More EDH coming your way!

i am a huge fan of the zur decks! i like yours alot., if ya get a chance, can ya check mine (zur deck) out and maybe make a suggestion? i splashed some equipment stuff which makes it interesting. GO ZUR GO!
also, a suggestion for yours may be a KARAKAS, they kik ass against opposing edh or your own general

A friend of mine runs a 90% copy of your for quite some time, the some changes are a sun titan to recover some enchantents from the graveyard, though his deck gets a bit owned when we play multiplayer commander wich is always. you can't and will not control everything. EDH is my fav format check my edh decks.
Also Angelic Renewal saves zur, i would remove isochron scepter cause makes you a target, unless you intend to always play 1 -1.

Mana Leak is not good in Commander, as players get so much land. Dissipate is better here.

Deck looks awsome I just wish I had enough cards to build a commander deck....if I ever do get to that point itll be zur looks like fun to play
