Actually, the Brood Sliver is a great way for him to get an overwhelming amount of slivers out there. I would suggest dropping something for a Horned Sliver to give them trample though. Brood, Virulent, and Horned, poison counter win right there. Another good route is tossing in a Magma Sliver so you can pump up a few of them. If you are going to add a legendary sliver, I suggest Sliver Legion or Sliver Overlord. Overlord will let you fetch for whatever sliver you need, usually starting with a Gemhide so you canst all your other slivers. Legion gives them +1/+1 for all over slivers, which is crazy. Well, hope this helps. Have fun.

I understand the concept of how the deck works. What I am saying is that Hinder would give you a second way to get the card to the bottom of the deck. You are counting on 4 Endilion Cliques to get the job done, but adding Hinder could give you 8 total cards. Also, you are assuming that they are only running one of that card in their deck, not four. It could even backfire and they could have the same card right on top of their library, milling only 1 card. Another thing you are doing with Endilion Cliques is potentially giving them card advantage.

Anyways, Hinder could replace your Negate, just a suggestion. Good luck.

Ramp, elf buffing elves, over runs, hexproof, yeah, I think you got pretty much everything covered lol. However, I think I like Exploration more than Rites of Flourishing. Mainly just because it gives you the ramp advantage and not your opponents. All in all its a pretty sweet deck though. Seems like the only thing you have to worry about is board wipe spells like Damnation, Wrath of God, etc.

Another fun creature for this deck could be Blightsteel Colossus, 11 infect and win! Also seems like it would benifet from more tutor/search cards.

You know, I never thought about that. I have talked to some of my friends about wanting to make a self mill deck. I guess I could maybe even mainboard 1 or 2 as a back up plan. This deck has been able to beat out a few eldrazi modern decks. Emrakul is SCARY! Thanks to Jace I have been able to repeatedly return Emrakul and other eldrazi to their owners hands, but still at great cost. After that I try to build up his ultimate to remove their deck and swing for the kill with Creeping Tar Pit. Its not the most effective kill strategy, but its worked a few times. Laboratory Maniac would definitely be an easier win strat, though I am concerned that I would lose a lot of my power nine and mill cards in the process of milling myself.

Hmmm... Actually I have an Urborg, I have no idea why I didn't throw it in here though. Good call man! I will ditch a Swamp for it. I do like the idea of Wrexial with swords and a Jitte, pretty terrifying! I may rework things so I can focus on getting in that 21 General damage with Wrexial, vs the 10 infect damage that people call me a "douchebag" for lol. Though, I would like to retain a few infect critters, because a lot of the guys I play with have life gain decks and they are ridiculously annoying. Thanks again for the tip man!

You should add in Hinder. Counters a spell and puts it at the bottom of their library, much like Endilion Clique.

Urborg, Tomg of Yawgmoth to make all lands into "Swamps". After that crack fetch lands to get a "swamp" or rather a Forbidden Orchard. It's not great, but it's another option to get it out for the combo?

Wow, I think this is the first deck I've seen use Grindstone without Painter's Sevant. Kudos!

Wouldn't Wild Pair only work the first time you use it?
"...you may search your library for a creature card with the same total power and toughness..."
So after you have two rats into play, they are 3/3 creatures, but when you search your deck for a rat, they are a 2/2, thus not working. Perhaps Thrumming Stone would work instead?
Thrumming Stone = http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewCard_Popup.aspx?CardName=Thrumming Stone&Edition=CLD&Print=1

This would also let you keep the deck mono black instead of having to try to splash in green. As mono black, you can do less lands as well. With a Thrumming Stone, you play one rat, then pretty much play the rest of all the rats in your deck and pray your opponent doesn't have a board wipe.

Hope this helps out.

Nirkana Revenant is awesome for this deck. Add that in with Sanguine Bond is amazing and you could use it with your Blood Tributes and perhaps some Consume Spirits. It also works great with Kalastria Highborn and Bloodchief Ascension. Gatekeeper of Malakir is also good for creature destruction. Pulse Tracker and Blood Seeker are cheap creatures, but it may be more effective to just throw in more of the better vampires.

Here is the list I would run. Its shy a few cards, but it should give you an idea of what I'm getting at. The missing cards are all speculation and preference since theres many different things you could do with the deck. I am focusing more on the Sanguine Bond + Life gain/drain.

Artifacts
2x Blade of the Bloodchief

Creatures
4x Kalastria Highborn
4x Vampire Nighthawk
4x Captivating Vampire
2x Nirkana Revenant
2x Bloodlord of Vaasgoth
2x Drana, Kalastria Bloodchief
2x Anowon, the Ruin Sage

Enchantments
2x Bloodchief Ascension
3x Sanguine Bond
2x Grave Pact

Planeswalkers
2x Sorin Markov

Spells
2x Blood Tribute

If Sanguine Bond is in play, you cast Blood Tribute and kick it, 20 damage, win. Sanguine Bond can play such a huge role in this deck, it basically doubles all the damage done by all your life drain/gain abilities.

Thanks. Define unrealistic? What's unrealistic about it? The side board does need work, just wasn't sure what to put in it.

How I miss Wild Mongrel. I still have my block deck from back in the day. I have updated it a little through out the years, but it still remains the same in method. This isn't an updated version of it, but its close enough. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=100698
