Deck Description

Mono- Black vamp deck. Not meant for any tournaments. Great in group games.

How to Play

Multiple ways to kill. Make opponent sacrifice all their creatures with lots of sacrificial cards with ulamog and reassembling skelly to build them up on my own. Gain 2 +1/+1 counters on my vamps with the blade and attack with big badies. Lost of life with Blood artist. Negative counters for those annoying indestructibles. The gate and beacon are just for fun, anti mill or to get rid of a pesky artifact.

Deck discussion for Vamp Sac Deck

Is 18 land reliable? I'm using 24 in my vamp deck.

This seems fun for multiplayer because of grave pact. Though I am surprised at some of the creatures or lack of specific ones such as gatekeeper of malakir, kalastria highborn, and mostly bloodghast; also I think I would have gone for nocturnus instead of bloodline but thats me.

So far 18 lands has been good to me. I've been able to get a solid 4 mana each time for me to play Grave Pact. After that it's all gravy. As for the other vamps: Gatekeeper of malakir is great but too limited. A one shot sacrifice and only if it was kicked, and then the only thing it is useful for is to build up, but has no benefit to it once it's played.

kalastria highborn is interesting. She would work out with my bloodline keeper, but not with ulamog or reassembling skellies which are my main sacrificial creatures.

Bloodghast would be great except for the 18 mana in my deck. With 24, yes I can see this card being great, but since I have such low mana in my deck, he wouldn't be helpful.
As for Vampire Nocturnus, I haven't seen that one. Is the +2/+1 flying worth everyone looking at your next card?
