The shrines are legendary, so I would add some looting to dig for the shrines and discard the ones you cant play. Maybe faithless looting or a creature like dismisssive pyromancer or merfolk looter

the "The Greatest Burn Deck EVER" without fireblast? I would cut flame slash, cant hit players.

I think the point is, that it's kind of free hate, because it does what you want your deck to do, but a little worse with the hate bonus added which should be very often at least decent. so it's not just a mainboard hate card. if that would be the case, he would probably play spellbomb or the black lay-line

it's probably for the costless discard outlet with the bonus of screwing peoble randomly over with main board hate. if you dont need to pay the cycling cost you can get more explosive in some situations

if you have hidetsugos second rite, you can pretty consitent fire it of turn 2/3. with everyone starting at 10 life you kill your opponent at instant speed

In this deck, I think boreal druid is a problem, because you cant play another mana dork with him the next turn. Maybe arbor elf?

haze of rage is another storm payoff that can get realy insane with mass hysteria on the board
I would cut the 8 random burn spells cause they dont realy help with you gameplan and the one chainwhirler has the same problem. your goal should be to have 60 cards in the main, so you have more consitent draws

claim // faime is in this deck way better than stir the grave, and it works well with vexing devil and prowess

why lyra in the side? you have no other angels, so baneslayer angel should be better.
