I think the following changes should be good:
-1 Breakneck Rider
-2 Cult of the Waxing Moon
-2 Ulrich's Kindred
-2 Solitary Hunter

+1 Duskwatch Recruiter
+1 Village Messenger
+1 Silverfur Partisan
+4 Lambholdt Pacifist

With only 22 lands, you have to be more agressive. A major problem with your deck is the mana curve, too many 3 drops. Also, since you're trying to play werewolves, you need to have maximum amount of synergy, but Ulrich's Kindred is not good outside of limited (it depends though on what level of decks you're playing againts). It would be good if you could put in more 2 drops, but your deck doesn't really have place for cards like Sylvan Advocate, so maybe playing Lambholdt Pacifist might be good.

You should look for good cards from Dragons of Tarkir and Origins for now.

As for the sideboard, add 2 more moonlight hunts, keep the magmatic chasms and the clip wings, and throw away everything else. Please don't include Root out, Structural Distortion and Aim High into a deck that's supposed to be competitive.

Also, as has been said, you should play collected company maybe, since you have so many 2-3 drops. (Hint: since Howlpack Resurgence gives trample, you should take out the Rush of Adrenaline and play CoCo instead.)

Wow nice idea there, didn't know library of leng existed :o. I have 1 problem with it though. You have 2 pieces of 4-6 cmc cards, and no higher ones, which makes countering bigger spells a bit iffy sometimes. Still very nice, keep it up :)!

phantasmal doesn't target... It says it comes in as a copy of a creature. No targetting involved.

Very good deck, but remove turn to frog. It's not stable, I reccommend dismember instead. Can save your ass against aggro decks and has a wide range of removal. Oh yes and definately put in 2 myr superions. It's a must. Free 4/5 is always good.

Dude calm down. It is useless to post a lot of comments about saying sorry. Say it once and only comment again if you have something new to say. You're getting worked up too easlily.

Also, take note that when you cast a spell with flashback, it gets exiled after the effects are done. And it can be countered when flashbacked.

haha. I misread that at first too. I still think it's an awesome card.
First I was like: Hooooly Sh*t this is good!
But then I was like: Okay :(...
But later I was like: O.O Mother of God o.o.
altough that part is because of flash. Unfortunately it doesn't do what it is supposed to do in this deck. BUT. there is a card that gives every sorcery or instant flashback until end of turn. Red sorcery.

um, sorry to ruin the awesomeness, but snapcaster mage only makes 1 sorcery or instant get flashback...
So it isn't as awesome as you think it is :S.

If you don't have enough cards to fill in the space with I reccommend Vampire Nighthawk, and some more Counters (srsly dude, you NEED more counters in a control deck than a measely 4 mana leaks.).
Also, If you feel like it you can check out my mill variant of UB control. Thanks!

Wow.... Pretty Messy deck you have there...

So:
-2 Memnite
-2 Phyrexian Revoker (stricktly sideboard card)
-4 Vault Skirge
-2 Hex Parasite ( Go against a valakut deck with this ...)
-1 Massacre Wurm
-1 Tezzeret (if you want him to work, then make this an artifact deck and not normal control)
-1 Sorin LOL what is he doing here? he is rubbish (ok not rubbish, but too high mana cost, doesn't worth it, even less in a control deck)
-1 Marsh Flats
-1 Misty Rainforest
-8 Swamp
- 1 Dismember
-2 Doom Blade (sideboard it, worth nothing against monoblack control, or any black centered deck at that matter)
-2 Redirect (it's good on limited but rubbish in constructed. Can pull you out of some bad situations, but is just not good enough)

+1 Wurmcoil Engine
+1 Grave Titan
+1 Island
+2 Drowned Catacomb
+4 Darkslick Shores
+4 Creeping Tar Pit
+2 Tectonic edge (can be more if you feel like it)
+4 Ponder (this isn't a control deck if there is no ponder in it, cause preordain isn't T2 anymore)
+2 Despise
+2 Distress
+3 Inquisition of Kozilek

I suggest you check some high ranked UB control decks on the net and see what u need.

Also put spellskite from side into main, remove Islands Vedalken Anatomists, Dismembers, maybe add mental missteps, Black Sun's Zeniths or Memoricide.

This was a tournament quality evaluation, so if you just want t build this as a casual deck, then disregard some of my "expensive" advice. Also when adding cards, try to focus on getting a lower mana curve.
