The creeping tar pit becomes an unblockable creature. You lock them into not being able to do anything and man land them to death. Slow attrition game.

You might want to try either breaking point or browbeat. Browbeat offers card draw or damage and it's always a bad choice for the opponent.

Instead of path to exile, try swords to plowshares. It's a little stronger of a card and will help with keeping your opponent from getting a turn up on you. Also, have you thought about trying loam lion? He's the same as a kird ape, but in white.

Why not use Liliana's Caress instead of megrim? It's one mana cheaper for the same thing.

Your deck is a little too all over the place. Try making it a little more consistent by adding more copies of the more powerful cards and less of those that seem less useful. I've made several goblin decks, so if you're looking for one to run try checking out my profile?

Very nice. Love the deck. I think you may need a bit more defense though. The spellskite, I still think should be sideboarded, but hey, your deck. Love the addition of white and making it successful. Never would have thought of that myself. BTW, you don't need a way to end the loop, I believe that it will end in the other player losing based on a state-based action since the damage doesn't happen all at once. In short, you won't need to make the enchantment fall off; the damage will just keep slowly pinging them down until they lose based on the fact that they have no life left.

Looks really good. You're going to have problems on the defensive end though. Perhaps throw in something to keep them from attacking you for too much. Maybe a good place for your favorite card here? Keep the number of creatures attacking you down.

Wrecking ball is a great suggestion, I'll try to fit it in. This was much more what I was looking for. Thanks for the suggestion and the willingness to help. I do appreciate it.

Look at kiki-jiki. He's disgusting in a goblin deck. Not to mention that you can drop him for free using lackey or instigator. And he can be found using matron. Maybe give up a single Krenko for him?

Also, aether vial is great for a goblin deck. They cluster in a nice tight curve, making it easy for the vial to give you a free, uncounterable goblin every turn. And you can substitute 4 mountains for 4 cavern of souls in order to make this deck basically untouchable by control decks.

I must say, beautifully built. I'm impressed.

You should probably have more lord of atlantis and merrow reejerey. Both great for merfolk. The more lords you have for the unblockable merfolk, the harder he hits and the better it is for you.

Mark of the vampire is pretty meh in terms of a 4 cmc spell. There should be a lot better than that. Black Cat is particularly nice for a low cost, good effect creature. Let it die and they discard. Pretty good for 2cmc.

That being said, your comment on my deck was particularly unhelpful and rather annoying. Could you try actually giving advice instead of just 'nice deck, check out mine'? Being productive will make the site a better place for helpful advice and a good way to help advance decks. Please don't spam decks just to get comments on yours.

Well, that was thoroughly unhelpful and spammy. Care to actually offer something that can help advance this deck or just be an annoyance?

Viridian Zealot is a great sideboard. And using genesis wave to grab emrakul is usually a win there. Could also try adding concordant crossroads. That'll give you an option to beat down the opponent should your genesis wave fail. And maybe use some Fyndhorn elves might be a good idea in case you can't get the llanowar elves on your first turn reliably.

It's a great card in zombies. Any style of zombies will fit it rather well, but straight forward legacy zombies fit it best. Hard to argue with as many lord effects that the deck can have.

What happened to all the targets you were running? You lost half of what you could do by removing all those reanimate targets. Also the blue seems fairly out of place. Force of will tossing what blue cards? You're running so little blue for it to be effective as the free counter. And ponder is meh. Drawing cards is alright, but a target in hand is bad for you. And sphinx instead of akroma? Why?

I'm surprised you aren't trying to use festering goblin. He's fantastic in a zombie deck and he's cheap cmc wise.

Also, boil is the same thing as boiling seas. Might want to go half and half on that just for the little bit more defense against extraction.

The best place to look at if a card is restricted or banned is magiccards. info. Give it a shot.

For the short, lackey is restricted to being used in Legacy and vintage.
