But the legendary card is on the battlefield only once. The other creatures are merely a copy. Doesn't the rule apply to the card, not the abilities of the creatures themselves? Where could I go to verify this is the case?

Sheer awesomeness!
This is true. Looking to build a better sideboard. Right now it's pretty lame. Any suggestions?
Actually I didn't realize that you can't play Infinite Reflection on Avacyn. Can someone explain the reason? Sorry, I am pretty new and I would like to understand why. Thanks!
I have all but four of these cards now. Need two more Avacyn, and two more Moonlight Spears.
Get as many low mana creatures with defending or indestructible on the board as possible. Use Brass Squire to equip the spears and create angels with the Darksteel Myrs. Play Avacyn, then infinite reflection. Game over. Hopefully :). This deck still needs a way to protect angels and humans. Very vulnerable that way.
Also, the use of Deadly Allure here is wicked awesome considering the creatures in play.
Haha! I love the name of this deck. Pretty niffty. And, not too expensive to build. Thanks!
Although, I do like the green black combo with the mana boosts. Green black decks can be nasty, but they don't seem to be very popular.... Even without Glissa capabilities in play this is a good deck.
Agreed! What would be the point? You could replace a bunch of those creatures with Artifact creatures, maybe combining with Metalcraft and get more effective use of Glissa I think.
This is another good deck. Normally I don't like playing with infect decks because they are SOOOOO slow to get to the point. This one seems like it gets to the point very quickly. I have a number of these cards. I will have to build something similar and give it a whirl. Thanks for posting this one.
I do agree with jshaper. Maybe 4 of something other than Burst Lightning, just cause it's even more interesting. I bought a red burn elite deck called Fire and Lightning. It's not even close to as good a burn as this one would be.
Wicked Awesome! I am pretty new. I have had a hard time understanding the classic burn deck. After going through this set of cards I totally get it. I mean the concept of course is damage as much as possible as fast as possible. It just seems that most burn decks don't do that, or they get bogged down by blues and blacks that control card pace. This is a killer combo. Nice work.
I agree. Killer card to build a deck around, especially maxing them out! I'm a newbie, but I can totally see the "unfairness" of which you speak. :).
...uh mana cost / toughness ratio I mean
Just realized I am missing a creature somewheres. Also, bladed sentinel needs to go. I chose him based on mana cost / power ratio.
Guys, I haven't played Magic since I was in High School (1997). I saw a bunch of decks at the store the other day and remember how much I loved playing. So I decided to get back into it. I bought a couple of starter kits, some booster packs, and a deck builder's kit. I know this deck is pretty weak right now, but I am trying to improve it. I don't have tons of awesomeness, but this deck has lots of rare/mythic rare cards that I feel combine for some serious effect. The idea would be control the cards, playing extensively off the graveyard, while boosting mana through cards like Llanowar elves. Then the creatures all have trample, lifelink, and deathtouch to deal lots of damage and return life to me. Any advice for a newbie would be greatly appreciated. I am going to my first Friday Night Magic this weekend and I have NO clue what I am doing. I've seen some pretty amazing decks on here, but I don't have the money to buy all of the cards I want. I can probably get a few if you make some suggestions. I also don't have lots of repeat cards. The deck builder's kit and the starter packs are pretty darn randomized like they say.
