Deck Description

Since I started playing Magic, I have always been a big fan of Angels and Dragons, so now with the commander format I decided to build this deck and I really enjot it. Kaalia is my favorite Mardu Commander definitively. I would love WOTC to create more Angel based cards for synergy like Lyra for example.

How to Play

Play discard spells to get rid of the opponent's removal to keep Kaalia safe. Then start dropping big threats with her on the battlefield at your side.

Angels:

*Avacyn, Angel of Hope: (shame what happened to her, Bruna and Gisela on the SOI history). Makes my entire board indestructible.

*Iona, Shield of Emeria: Disables monocolored decks.

*The two Akromas: Who doesn't remember how cool was the Angel of Wrath back in the Legions block?, and now she came back with her Red Angel of Fury sister.

*Gisela Blade of Goldnight: Double the damage, double the fun, well not for your opponents who will deal only half damage.

*Aurelia the Warleader: Why not two combat phases for you instead of only one?.

*Tariel, Reckoner of Souls: Instead of only get rid of your opponent creatures with removal spells, why not have them fighting at your side afterwards?.

*Reya Dawnbringer: She gives your fallen creatures a chance to fight again.

*Aegis Angel: Excellent not only with Kaalia but also with Reya or Adarkar Valkyrie or any creature you may already have which will be a headache for your opponent.

*Adarkar Valkyrie: Puts your or your opponent's fallen creature on your side while swinging thanks to her Vigilance ability.

*Angel of Despair: a 5/5 flying Vindicate.

*Angel of Serenity: Clears the board from blockers or can slow reanimation decks and bring your fallen creatures back to your hand.

*Twilight Shepherd: Excellent against mass removal effects. Get everything back to your hand instead of putting it into your graveyard.

*Emeria Shepherd: Another solid reanimation and recursion outlet thanks to her Landfall ability.

*Baneslayer Angel: Solid 5/5 flier with Lifelink and First Strike in both early and late game.

Demons:

*Razaketh, the Foulblooded: This guy is absolutely INSANE. A tutor for each turn. This is a very cool combo: Sacrifice Yosei, the Morning Star, tap your opponent, search for Phyrexian Reclamation and then bring Yosei back. You won't let your opponent play anymore while you tutor every turn. This is a Wincon of the deck definitively. It also Works nicely with Kokusho, Angel of Despair and others.

*Rakdos the Defiler: Get rid of half of your opponent's permanents and the good thing is that he enters the battlefield attacking, so the first time you don't have to sacrifice anything. He also Works very well with the Razaketh + Phyrexian Reclamation combo.

*Lord of the Void: Steal one your opponent's creatures while taking away a chunk of his or her deck.

*Rune-Scarred Demon: a 6/6 flying tutor.

*Bloodgift Demon: practically, a 5/4 flying Phyrexian Arena.

*Master of Cruelties: One-Hit K.O. if your opponent doesn't have blockers or removal spells.

Dragons:

Yosei, the Morning Star: Good defensively and offensively to keep your opponent tapped.

Kokusho, the Evening Star: Gain insane amounts of life in Multiplayer, specially with the Razaketh combo explained above.

Balefire Dragon: Why only damage your opponent while you can get rid of his or her creatures every turn as well?

This is the original creature list of the game, but I also want to give it a try with only Angels. There is also a possibility of Demons or Dragons only as well.
