I can't believe I forgot this guy. Goblin Electromancer. Though in this particular build, maybe you don't need him since there's only a couple cards you can reduce your cost by 1. Still something I forgot to add to mine.

I was looking around for Modern Guttersnipe/Thermo decks/ideas. Thanks for posting, it looks pretty solid. I am personally not a fan of needle drop, I feel it's not enough oomph for the cost. Looks good though, well put together.

I just want to clarify that Vexing's enter battlefield trigger fizzles if you throw Fling on top of the stack (even if it doesn't, the opponent could just choose to let you keep Vexing, which you've already declared is getting sac'd for the fling damage). What I'm getting at from this situation is if you device to use fling, use it for combat tricks or in response to your opponent trying to kill it with a spell.
Need to swap something out so Sweep Away has room. Hmm.
Since legality is not a concern, I would suggest things like Chain Lightning, Flame Rift, Lava Spike, Rift Bolt, maybe Fireblast. If you're looking for Modern legality, things like Punishing Fire, Searing Blaze, Monastery Swiftspear, Skullcrack would be good additions or at least worth considering. Below is a legacy RDW I have in my closet somewhere I haven't modded in years. Feel free to get ideas or whatever. It's all about incinerating your opponent as quickly as possible. I would also encourage something like Browbeat, or perhaps Faithless Looting. Could be a thing. I made it pretty quick as a list/suggestion for someone. I think Grave Titan is a better slap to the face though. I'll look into it.
This is probably personal preference, but I would drop figure of destiny in favor of 4 reckoners and at least 1 more bale fire. You don't need the sun home, pitch it and 1 of each basic for clifftop retreat. You might be able to get away w/ 23 lands honestly. 22 at a minimum.

You have succeeded at trolling bro. Well done. That said, it relies on Tamiyo going off. You can't count on it. However, that is unbelievably amusing. Acidic slimes for ultimate douchebaggery.
And lo, there were ROFLcopters. Everywhere. Approved for public consumption. Well done.
If you run Bloodline Keeper, you run 4, or non at all. Way too good of a card. You don't have a focus on vampires as far as creature base, so you'll need to hit a 2nd one.
You've got too many 1 of's. Blind obedience is fine, but you don't need most of those enchantments. If you like the Gift, run a couple, but the other enchants just aren't worth the space. Add 2 more Kingpins, he's solid. Possibly the thrull parasites, not bad for a 1 drop. Pitch the Crypt Incursions, it doesn't help you man. Add some more kill spells. Murder, Ultimate Price, Victim of Night, stuff along those lines. You also don't need all the prevent damage. If you want to keep them, use the Riot spell, and more of it. Just some thoughts.
I prefer Cultivate myself. Rampant Growth is also acceptable. Also highly recommend dual lands or the appropriate tri land, it makes a difference having the correct colors.
I completely forgot about Innocent Blood. One black, everyone sacs a creature. Absurd.
I wouldn't even bother with Murder. Drop it, add 1 more apiece to Doom and Throat. With how many varieties of sign in blood you have, you may want some life gain in the form of Corrupt or Tendrils of Corruption, possibly Exsanguinate for multi. I used to do mono black fun decks, this is pretty neat.
I would exercise caution in regards to 3 of any one specific legendary creature, especially with what you're doing here. Drop 1 Avacyn, get your changelings up to 4 ofs (well, one or two of them). Careful Study and See Beyond would help get stuff in hand you want and pitch things you don't want to be holding. Just some thoughts maybe.
