Praetor's Grasp and Surgical Extraction aren't here? Sideboard them at least... and one or two Life's FInale in the sideboard would be a good idea too. if they are running a low creature count against you, you will be happy Praetor's Grasp and Surgical Extraction are there.

for an alternate win strategy you could put in some Dark Depths, they have ridiculous synergy with the vampire hexmages, 2nd turn 20/20 indestructible flyer, make sure to drop in some Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoths in the deck as well if you plan on going for the Dark Depths combo. I would make the deck, except all those cards are stupidly expensive :( Have fun wrecking shop!
