Against fast decks pick Oona as your general, she can generate alot of cannon foder. Against slower decks pick the Dimir guildchampion, he makes an insane mill creature.If you need blockers cast creatures, if you can spare the creatures just transmute and fetch your mill cards. Make sure to remove a graveyard if needed.

A nice combo you could make in here is adding notion thief and whispering madness.Between the Whispering Madness and Windfall, with a notion theif out, you destroy their hand and have major drawing power.
