We bought some cheap backs at a clearance sale at a game store, and one was a monochrome one of a dragon on top of a church, so I decided to try making a vampire/dragon deck. I was thinking white/black at first, but there's too many nice red spells.
I haven't super played it yet, but I'm figuring:Get out cheap vampires and the mana ramp. Get out one of the dragons that's not Vampiric dragon, use New Blood on them so all the keyword 'dragon' on them changes to 'Vampire'. Make huge vampire tokens. Or use Eternal Thirst and Burning anger with Vampiric Dragon or Child of Night (or any vampire if you have Mephidross Vampire out) and get pumping.
