This is... hardly a tier 1 deck. To say the least. It's a casual vampire deck that happens to use the copter.The intention here is to build a B/R beatdown deck that doesn't entirely fall apart against midrange if it doesn't manage to kill before turn five.It needs a lot of tuning.
This deck doesn't really hold anything back. There's only one card you want to be paying as much as four mana for. The plan is the always popular 'hit the opponent in the face before they have a chance to do anything too nasty.'. The number of high power/low toughness creatures makes the masquerade worth it, fairly simple.The only two really interesting things the deck does are the orrery, and the animation module.Because of the low curve, by the time you get to four mana for the orrery, you actually have a solid chance of being able to empty your hand every turn (more discard outlets would probably help here). While hopefully your opponent only gets the benefit occasionally. It genuinely can make the deck a lot more functional in a longer game. There's only one in the deck because you almost never want to draw a second copy.And then there's animation module, which has the two obvious combos: With it in play, syndicate trafficker's ability mostly goes from "1, sac an artifact:" to "2:", and indulgent aristocrat mostly goes from "2, sac a creature:" to "3:" - both allowing your creatures to stay relevant a bit longer.
