I do believe this is the final list. It seems to run smoothly enough without many bumps or major hiccups. Unfortunately I had to remove a Molten Birth and I can't quite fit 3 Five-Alarm Fire. Guess I'll see how it compares to the opposition this game day. Thanks for the suggestions/input guys.

You could definitely benefit from Weapon Surge in this deck. Madcap Skills fits nicely considering the creatures you'll be dropping, but that saber... I don't know. I'm no expert but it seems like a lot of space to take up in the deck to give a creature +2/+0. Judge's Familiar is an awesome card. That's my two cents! Nice deck otherwise.
You're going to lose Brimstone, Pillar and Spear come October if you're looking to play in standard events. I would take them out and add some fill-ins that are similar until Theros releases. I'm doing the same with my current main standard deck. Instead of Pillar, try Skullcrack or Mugging. Maybe replace Brimstone with Flames of Firebrand. You may also want to add Weapon Surge, it's a good spell for what you're trying to do here. Good luck!

This is an awesome deck, if I could allow myself to play cards that aren't rotating out this year I would have built something just like this. I'm going for something that will be playable in 2014 so I can just add to it from this point out rather than be forced to remove things, ya know? It's in my deck list if you wanna check it out. Ha, I have a very similar deck only it's built without Innistrad to keep it legal through next year. I like this one though.
