each are their own type of threat and people who are scared of one ability and not scared of another ability are more likely to feel pressure from your field presence, seems hydra themed and thats cool just be careful with decks that name cards and say biy to all those cards with that name. themeing just makes naming easier is all.

i really dont want to suggest changing cards unique to this deck for cards common to architype b/c that would take away from concept of individuality but i would suggest that if you run heavy on counters try to mix it up a little to keep varity of answers for counters to targets and know when to use a counter for the target ex(using specific counter that is cheap rather than counter-all and more expensive for every target). it makes since and is easier to run consistant counter-all spells but reality is cheaper is better and more strategic. testing helps decide what counter however psy strike i would might not change as it is synergetic with deck. cudos.

skylasher is uncounter, fly block pro blue flash, great combo with swan song and great against mono blue control. i am U/G fan too working on a BUG build now to simulate this somewhat. gives me ideas for slot selection for some cards. might would trade aetherling for another courser Kruphix but other than that i cant complain!

you are short a card, add 1 island lol. like the idea similar to some mill concepts but nice flavor change. have you tested much with mono's? have any insight on your experience with this deck? i might suggest that if you want to mill target that as most abilities and limit to just spot removal much like charm or abrupt decay. like the counter you choose so i would not change that it links synergies.

the deck is awesome wont lie but i worry that there are not any instant spells at all main. dont take it wrong but i just wonder if such a heavy creature deck against combo will suceed b/c you have no answers for it. combo wont care about anything but that T4 drop consistancy (if its competitive) and when T4 drop hits (and it will with no answers for it) its game or should be as last piece almost always means i will start my combo now. i would like to see it play i may test it personally to see even if proxy lol. good idea over all and good luck out there.

still splash red for a bigger master's wave ;) some red devotional is ok even for a splash just double up or something more permanant or evasive. (red isnt so valid in said fields).

hindervines as discussed is much more sutible for this themed counters deck. fog is 2cmc cheaper yes but vines kills defensive line or offense! fog does make me think of simic charm for evasion though but you would have to splash blue for that... any charm for that matter with a form of evasion of destruction helps just remember it strips from strength

as with building muscle mass vs being lean and mean one must decide first do i want to beatdown with the mighty or do i want to handle most situations, muscle could end game fast unchecked but is somtimes succeptable to target spells, authority counters with hex btw, however alternativly lean makes you less beefy but the extra counters or draw or flexability makes the deck more agile, it all boils down to how do you want to play. love the ideas people and both have very strong points. +1 to each

that requires changing colors thus changing deck its good but 4cmc that probably sees immediate removal or counter. everytime i have ever play corpsejack he is immediately killed as if they hold the spell for him like he is popular meta game. love corpsejack ability however and even though he is painted target still run him.

obvious point but may be needed bioshift could shift games and even win them for you. bioshift to kalonian natural Trample and thats death or with nylea out and mistcutter trample death lol point made the best part is no change in colors power of blue without the need for mana production.

playset both phalanx leader and calvary pegasus lands i think are obvious you need duals and golds willing and charm are great for this themed deck idea. elspeth is when money is not an issue so if you got lucky or got the money get 1 but aside from that your reduction of copies defends against Detention Sphere so i like it (even with playset of leader and pegasus id leave it you only need 1 leader at a time for heroic to trigger) great build and my complements to the "chef" where ever you may dine lol

i believe you meant the turn list to look like this:
T1-land
T2-land follower
T3-land follower tap follower 1 for mana and bracers
T4-land bracers equip and start infinite combo on T4 as an infinite combo you can play anything but if you dont have a game winner you would not reveal that you have infinite mana with bracers b/c that will be prime target for your deck with control aggro wouldnt care about combo and hope you dead by now anyway.
i like the combo and its totally legal and in no way broken unlike some I.C. decks ive seen which are rediculous and make me wonder about some statistical advantages but there is a flow that everyone should be comfortable with by now and that combo typically beats aggro, aggro to control and control to combo. midranges are always nice for delay but never do exceptionally well against pure decks (eg straight aggro/combo/control)

all in all i like this deck and it has potential to be extremely rude looking forward to list from nyx set for other breakers or game enders (eg something like a grapeshot but obviously for mana ramp and anti counter)

I like that it is not main Archetype built and that you have a lot of variety just as control would have it but if control is what your gunning for would you not instead of having more creatures go for more spells and stick to 1 or 2 "bosses". also staying to 60 my cut 5 cards out but 5 cards is 5 turns or forced draw slots it just hates on consistancy. 60 sometimes sucks but it is for the best. with the amount of burn in this have you considered Rakdos? cheap fast and you will deal dmg with the burn you have? only 6 mountains worries me with chained to rocks. maybe replace with a bile blight for rats or tokens?

just SB plummet 1,G and by target fly instant. handles dragons, annoying specters (only fly in deck typically UB) and its as they play it you answer it now while they are tapped out.

take out rubblehulk and add madcap. also sideboard more skullcrack as it is FANTASTIC burn spell and counter life gain (Revelation) I cant help but notice the cards rarity in this deck showing that even if you have a budget you can still compete with archetypes if you build well. know what you want and go for it. I could not believe how it just pops out at you how fast it is. A slow game might be 5-6 turns but if they aint dead then, you might loss to advantage. Domri is a good idea for just in case but everything has an answer the question is will Domri win the game.... Titan's Strength does help curb card advantage but this deck is already crazy consistant.
