Commander (EDH): Oloro, Ageless Ascetic**He gains life for us, even while in the command zone. :)
Exploit the life gain.Look for life gain combinations; "Angelic Chorus" + "Phyrexian Processor and/or Serra Avatar. Ramp into some powerful creatures/effects.Use "Bribery" and other cards to take power away from your opponents and use that power against them. Ex. "Reins of Power" + "Altar of Dementia".

Enjoy! It's not exactly 'Budget', but it can be a lot of fun in group games due to a variety of options to go for. :)

Hatred makes a good win-con in Oloro.Since you have Cabal Coffers and Dark Depths why not run Vesuva to copy either, or Tolaria West to tutor up either. I see Vesuva is in your sideboard, but it's probably worth finding room.In my experience Recurring Insight almost always draws more cards than Opportunity for the same mana, and pretty often it draws twice or three times as many cards.
" Recurring Insight": great suggestion. I find that sorcery vs instant may be a larger factor to me than total number of cards - I see great potential for the card so I moved it to SB."Vesuva": I don't currently own "Vesuva", but it is now in the mail. Once I get it, then I will place it into the main deck as you suggested. I just acquired "Vampiric Tutor", which I am now making room for.EDH Rec has some interesting options as well (several I had removed, yet might return some of them). Thanks for the help - I think card draw is important and I think that I might need to take your advice. I often ramp into nothing, so opportunity is nice, yet I might really need cards during 'my' turn so a sorcery would be a non-factor with "Recurring Insight" possibly yielding a lot more cards.
