I'd be dropping mantis rider for dragonlord's servant. Maybe try to squeeze in some stubborn denial as it's handy to protect thunderbreak's and icefall's.

how about icy blast for infinite tap creatures? can even target your own to trigger heroic and get extra turns maybe. also curse of the swine for removal/upgrading soldier tokens.

Sage of hours works nicely with bioshift and kalonian hydra. Not exactly budget tho.

launch the fleets could be nice for the heroic. Plus the more creatures you have, the more you'll get out of sorin's +1.

Btw if you need draw card, how about necromancer's stockpile. Would be effective with grave crawler.

Awesome deck. Gotta love zombies. I have just put together a standard zombie deck, this has given me loads of ideas for what to do with it when certain things rotate out.

Simic charm makes permanants you control hexproof for GU. My favourite charm so far. Nasty with the new Nissa PW

Check out my vintage artifact deck, my first attempt at vintage. My standard habits have stuck tho as it's very vreature driven.

Probably don't need 4 kiora, 3 should be plenty. I'd maybe put an extra island in instead to be more sure of enough lands in opening hand to get your mana ramp going. Would also drop 1 of each big hitter for 2 more elvish mystics. Again, speeds up mana ramp and they'll fuel jalira to get to your big 'uns anyway. Cool deck however, hadn't considered using jalira for this sort of thing.

Only been playing for a year so I only really know standard. Happy to swap standard tips for modern/vintage tips with you though. Cheers.

Such an awesome card. Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord probably best use I've seen in standard.

Cheers, if it ignored hexproof that would be a little bit broken for a 3-drop.

ta muchly. Can also use bioshift to move counters from kalonian hydra to sage of hours for extra turns.

Also burning tree emissary, rubblebelt raiders, deus of calamity, voyaging satyr and nykhos help massively with mana ramp in that kind of deck. Have a modern deck using that combo.
