I don't think it works quite like you think. When you get the rat, you can't tap it immediately, you have to wait a turn for summoning sickness to ware off.

Put in some search cards, like Diabolic tutor

I'd throw in Hidden Strings and Aqueous Form. they're a lethal combo w/ heroic. I'm currently in the process of making a deck based around those cards (i'm just using scrap cards i have lying around) :P

I'd take out Blighted Agent. The infect doesn't really fit your theme. maybe put in aqueous form instead.

Mask of Avacyn gives hexproof for longer than 1 turn though. and it gives +1/+2 for longer than 1 turn, rather than +1/+1 and hexproof for 1 turn. also, it doesn't matter what color mana you get, you can still play it. but using it as a reaction spell is very nice, i do like that part about it.

also, some hexproof could be nice, like Mask of Avacyn or Swiftfoot Boots

I'd put in Jace. the one that has the 0 ability to mill 10.

Elite Arcanist + Prophet of Kruphix + Advent of the Wurm = awesome combo

for another way to over run your opponants and win (just in case you're not drawing what you need), you could put in Door of Destinies

Then maybe go blue and add in Blighted Agent and/or Aqueous Form. Idk, i'm not all that amazing at making tournament level decks. i just make decks for fun :P

I'd put in the soulbond +4/+4 wolf that costs 3GG. he's be awesome.

I would prob put in some cards w/ converted mana cost 1, but have X in their mana cost. Like the new anti-blue hydra.
