I would recommend Vorel for further doubling of counters. Having Vorel and Prophet of Kruphix out at the same time enables you to double during every turn, not just yours.

My experience with EDH Slivers is you need a few counter spells for board wipes and a few ways to make your creatures indestructible and/or have hexproof.
Phenax goes well with Consuming Aberration, Nighthowler, Wight of Precinct Six, and Jace's Phantasm. That's kinda what my deck is based around.http://www.mtgvault.com/blackrazz/decks/jace-the-maker-of-ragers/

Holy Day could be nice, because you're still blocking all the creatures so Shield of Righteousness will still proc. Also, it will deal with any unblockable creatures you may face.
Yeah, i suggested those cards in case if you treasure hunt into another treasure hunt, but it's only turn 3 or something, so you don't have enough lands to play the second treasure hunt, that way you don't have to discard your entire hand and loose a ton of lands you could have discarded.
you need a card that allows no max hand size, like reliquary tower or vensers journal.
I've pulled 3 from just the prerelease and going to some drafts :P one was foil. lucky me
Mistcutter hydra is good. It does have pro blue so you wouldn't be able to use bioshift on it.
I'd use reassembling skeleton instead of drudge skeletons

You need more lands. Take out around 4 of your weaker Minotaur and replace them with lands. The only decks i've seen that have been able to truely pull off 20 or fewer lands have been mono colored decks where the highest CMC is 3 sometimes 4. yours goes up to 7.
and/or scry lands too.

looks like a fun deck. I would get more Elusive Krasis's and more Vorels. Also, try to get a master biomancer or two.
