Deck discussion for Fire Water

First off, Keep in mind that this just my opinion, and you shouldn't think of it as something that's set in stone. Second, I'm guessing you're on a budget so I'm only going to suggest cards like 5 bucks at the most.

< I'd replace your Lightning Strike and Flate Conflagration with Lightning bolt, does the same thing at a cheaper mana cost (Only about 2.00 bucks each if you live in the US.)

< I'd replace the Spellheart Chimera's with a playset (that means 4 of a card if you didn't know) of Nivix Cyclops. Great for defense and offense and can do more damage and can take more.

< Now Ogre Battledriver, Aetherling, Chandra's Phoenix, and Oracle of Bones are good cards, but they're not the most competitive. I'd add one more young pyromancer, and two more Counter flux

Hold on, I'll Send You a link to a budget Build.

I'm sorry but your last point about what isn't competitive is very off. All four of those cards were highly competitive in the decks built around them. Aetherling is a control finisher, Oracle of bones and enter the infinite was a legit finisher at one point, ogre battledriver is a late game aggro monster, and chandra's phoenix sees modern play in burn shells. Not the most competitive my ass. At least your other points are valid though.

Yeah, believe me I know how wrong I was now, It was late and I wasn't thinking strait, I guess I was Thinking from a strictly modern stand point only talking from experience from my play group. Ironicly the last time I gave a shit about what was hot in standard was when aetheriling was in it. XD Sorry about that mate
