this isnt a legal edh deck, in edh yo cant have more than one of each non land card, so this wouldnt work.
ok, i have no knowledge of EDH other than that rule, but i didnt know if the rule supersedes the rats or not.
Relentless rats IS legal.
golden rule: card text is always right. if they wanted it not to be legal in edh they would ban it
interesting idea. as far as relentless rats, that really depends on who u play. most ppl wont let it stand bc of decks like this that take the fun out of commander/edh. but there r ppl who will let this get by just to see how it works. golden rule or not, that isnt the point, point is in who ya play. nice build btw.

yah deff recommend thrumming stone it makes this deck come alive but you will need more searchers so that you can get thrumming out. Check my relentless rat edh deck for ideas if you'd like. i made it to troll around so its not to serious but i think it works.
Yes indeed this is legal. You might want to look into a Pack Rat and or Ogre Slumlord.
one card would screw this deck up... nevermore... wonder what id pick XD
hah also things like haunting echoes or surgical extraction. but this is just for lolz and gotta hope for the best i suppose.
