Correct but, with you being able to bring a large number of creatures onto the battlefield Purphoros would trigger dealing damage to opponent not creature. It would be more of a backup plan incase combo didn't trigger as fast as expected.

With creature based production Nullmage Shepherd would be a nice addition for removal of enchantments and artifacts. Also with mana ramp creatures, Terastodon is a great choice to take out problem targets. With the reprinting of Skullclamp in the new commander decks the price has fallen so it would be a great addition as well being able to place on 1/1's for two card draws. Other then that deck looks pretty solid and affordable nice job.

It may have already been said but, with Enchanted Evening on the field Primeval Light would be devastating to your opponent also Trygon Predator would be an excellent creature each time he isn't blocked and attacks take out one of there enchantments (or artifacts).

Loving Hornet Nest been running it in standard with Sarkhan and Setessan Tactics. I know I am going out of the color take of this deck but, been thinking about running Shivan Meteor into Hornet Nest for thirteen 1/1's. Idea I could give would be possibly Muraganda Petroglyphs effecting your Ant Queen and Broodhatch Nantuko tokens and Doubling Season or Parallel Lives are excellent choices but I think it has been already address above.

Delver is hard to beat, and slivers are in there own, So stopping delver is a little tricky best bet is Abrupt Decays (best for control decks). Could run Stifle shutting down early fetch lands or wastelands also Thalia, Guardian of Thraben and Thorn of Amethyst can slow cycle drawing and bolts. Also graveyard hate is great against any Delver deck like Relic of Progenitus or Tormod's Crypt they shut and slow down: Tarmogoyf, Nimble Mongoose, Treasure Cruise, Snapcaster Mage and Dig Through Time. I think any deck can become competitive but, mostly it needs to be played well to get to that state too, on that I think this deck can be competitive.

Heart Sliver maybe a good addition, This guy makes an impact when he hits the board. Especially if he's being thrown down with more than one sliver during the same turn if you have a Æther Vial out or two. I would also run Syphon Sliver in your side for those legacy burn decks, Darkheart Sliver is ok but, you are taking out your own slivers for life so they will then target you more often over the slivers. Also Necrotic Sliver would be great for removal such as Blue Moon decks stopping nonbasic lands with Blood Moon hope this helps a little.

Worldslayer would be a great addition to this deck, I used to run it with Phylactery Lich.

Interesting deck idea, I would probably go with Terminate over Murder (mana curve is much better plus one cheaper). I would also run Tragic Slip over Doom Blade (Having lots of removal in this deck will help its morbid go off sooner plus takes out smaller creatures) and Blightning over Grisly Spectacle (Player takes three and discards two cards). For walls I would run Rage Nimbus, Æther Membrane or Fog Bank over Hover Barrier based on decks type you would normally play with this deck. Hope this helps and great job on keeping it budget.

I would run Mama Leak over Cancel (better on mana curve and cheaper to play) and Remand over Dissolve (slows up opponents game plan plus nice draw advantage). Also both could be placed on Isochron Scepter as well.

Kresh the Bloodbraided and Phyrexian Dreadnought are nuts together.

Card that comes to mind is Selective Memory, before casting Possibility Storm you could play Selective Memory removing all zero costing creatures except for one in your hand. Then follow up with Possibility Storm, casting zero drop going into Emrakul, the Aeons Torn without guessing. Then with Unsummon you can unsummon the zero caster and repeat.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but, Predator, Flagship (old school) could cause some havoc here.

I would run Solidarity of Heroes over Forced Adaptation, it doubles counters on your hydras plus you can pay additional for multiple targets.

Nice deck, Nyxathid is a great choice. Most discarding decks burn up there hands fast so, playing Nyxathid after they have no cards in hand gives you a 7/7 beater for three mana and being able to do some serious damage.

Interesting idea seems fun to play, I would say running four Torpor Orb instead of Reins of Power if playing single games. Stops the triggered abilities of Hunted Phantasm and Hunted Troll so other opponent won't get the creatures.

Arc Lightning and Anger of the Gods would go very well in your sideboard, taking out Mana Dorks and Elspeth droppings.

Spider Umbra could be a nice addition to this deck, If creature would be destroyed, instead remove all damage from it and destroy Spider Umbra. Also enchanted creature can block flyers and gets +1/+1 if needed.

Spell Pierce is an excellent choice one drop counters unless they pay two for those early drops, so Spell Pierce over Mana Leak or Dash Hopes is much better. Archive Trap could be a nice addition in sideboard for those fetch decks.
