Teneb is my favorite reanimator commander because if built right it is easy not only to reanimate your creatures but also your opponents'. this is what would probably be my ideal deck for him.
this deck gets creatures in the grave in every way possible: milling, sacrifice, creature destruction and far more. it also has many ways of manipulating what is in and out of your graveyard so accidental additions don't stay there long. to play, fill the graveyard with tons of creatures and reanimate them with teneb of other affects. erase is important to get rid of blood moon, gods and rest in peace from opponents. use birthing pod to search for answers to your opponent's problems or strategies and win the game by slowly preventing your opponents from winning and using their creatures against them.
