Heavily revised to be a (relatively) budget modern turbo mill deck. Shock lands are not needed as nothing requires 2 black or 2 blue unless you side in Hero's Downfall to deal with planeswalkers/black decks, and I don't believe they're justified, as you'll usually shock yourself for the mana and life can be an issue. More fetches to trigger the landfall on the Hedron Crab could also be added, but once again it comes down to your budget.Turn 1 should always be a Hedron Crab. Turn 2 should (optimally) be a fetch into a swamp into a Glimpse the Unthinkable, but against aggro decks Mesmeric Orbs can put in solid work. Turn 3 can be a Mind Funeral or perhaps a Breaking-Entering and Thought Scour for the draw. Archive traps are almost never cast for the 5 mana, but can be late game finishers if needed. Ghost quarters can really disrupt early game, and also trigger the landfall on the Hedron Crabs. Crypt Incursion keeps you alive (play them mid-late game, mega life gain), and Doom Blade is pure defense as you'll almost never want to block with a crab unless absolutely necessary. Sideboard is almost more defensive, with Hero's Downfall to combat planeswalkers, Tormod's Crpyt for dredge/flashback/whatever else, and Extirpate to disrupt combos. Surgical Extractions could also be used, but once gain pretty pricey and I personally like that Extirpate truncates the stack, basically making them not counter-able. Worth it for 1 black mana in my opinion. Echoing Truth are for Leyline of Sanctity, and Jace's Phantasm can win games since they are not expecting you to play creatures and it essentially becomes a 5/5 flyer turn 2 if you have a Glimpse the Unthinkable. Hit up that +1 and let me know what you think!
