no, thats incorrect. if that were true. then u could run Phage as ur general and u WOULDNT Lose the game, which is definitely untrue. or, that u would be able to Despise someones general :/ None of those card work on the command zone since its a completely different zone than ur hand. thats why Skullbriar, the Walking Grave isn't horrendously pointless as hell.
insanity's choice of subs were bad. if u take out 2 of the artifacts, then u can't have metalcraft in the first place. =P
it seems pretty good. ultimately well rounded. maybe a deny reality or two for some extra bounce removal and a little cascade action. i'd replace breath of malfegor with it at least. PS ill probably shoot u an email about those trades.

try Smite instead of Oust. less annoying for both you and ur opponent. idk, i kinda just like the spell.

sunstrike legionaire is pretty bad. im sure there are better 'tap target creature' spells in white. ajani veangeant promo is pretty cheap on star city games. i'd go with one of them.
a great concept, however there is too much going on here. i like how u used dominus of fealty, but ur not putting him to great use, or threaten or act of treason. doesnt it seem more fullfilling to not just snatch a creature, but to actually take it? thats where cards like bazaar trader come in: act of treason + tap b. trader to let u gain control of him = indefinite control. ur mana costs are also too high. that would be okay for casual, but not in tournament, especially with a survival match up. this would probably only see a turn 7 - 10 win realistically, because u have to wait to get ur lands up to 5 in order to play most of ur spells. the rite of consumption plus exploding goblins idea was good, but u dont want to clutter ur deck, or else the components might notcome together right. using the bazaar traders, u can start doing things as early as turn 4 (cause u wouldnt want to waste an AoT on turn three with no extra options). try sower of temptation. its pretty good.
shape anew is next to useless in this deck. trade a myr for another or a chimeric mass with NO counters on it -_-
it also makes no snese that u have more than two go for the throat's, and ur using a doom blade at all.

uh... u only have 1/10 chance of drawing what u need to win. plus, uu typically need creatures for infect, and u only have 8. those odds suck.
not bad, but in this scenario, ur strategy is also ur biggest weekness. they cant block.

not necessarily a bad idea, but all the same its not very smart. putting noninfect creatures with infect guys is just asking for trouble, unless u can give them infect. skin renders are fine and all, but when it gets down to crunch time, u wont have anything but chump blockers. PS u cant run Dimir Aqueduct in standard. dont ruin a potentiallt T2 deck by putting in that one legacy card, which i see way too often among newer decks these days. Run Drowned Catacombs. theyre twice as fast, and with infect, u dont need a shitload of land anyway. unless ur running Blightsteel.
uh... so ur worried about putting in strip mine, which is banned, but ur not worried about having 4x dark ritual, which is also illegal in legacy?
