Sorrow's Path and Sands of Time the most annoyingly pointless card ever -_-
Don't Forget good decks tend to have a theme for example the legacy tourney that happened a month or 2 ago that douchy sneak attack deck.. yea that deck is built around sneak attack you see when you have a good card and cards that are synergistic with it your going to end up with a good deck another good thing to take note of is cards that give you one of the most important things but first what do these cards have in common that make them soo good? The answer is THEY GIVE YOU OPTIONS! and in magic options are good options save you and win you games when you have options you win when you win you learn and when you learn you become a better player.

you should add a cave in it doesn't seem your deck relies on creatures so a free 2 damage to each creature and player seems like it would be effective in this build.fireblast works well in here too i like the braid of fire/comet storm combo it seems very interesting. So -1 figure of destiny (good 1 drop but if you get mana screwd your in trouble) -1 magmaquake -1 Idyllic Tutor -1 mountain/snow covered mountain -1 plains/snow covered plains The mana curve on this deck is really low so i think your fine with 18 lands plus you have lots of tutor effects deck manipulation to get that braid of fire etc. +2 Cave In +2 Fireblast +1 Enlightened Tutor/Path to Exile' This should make the deck slightly better but the way it is really solid build i like the concept. you don't need another enlightened tutor due to the fact you have a playset of braids but you gotta do whatever to get that braid or braids of fire in play and mess your opponents day up ya know, also bonfire of the damned can't be that bad of a choice in here either i'm not that big on standard either but its still a really good card regardless. anyway thanks for looking at my valakut deck i'll try to get time to look at your other decks too ^_^

wow, these decks are getting popular. you used to rarely see them now everytime you go to the website they're on the front page i think the strategy is spreading thus raising awareness of the awesome deck thus causing more people to know how to beat it thus causing more losses for the deck at competitions :O just saying the chain of events that is occuring/going to occur xD just saying anyway its an awesome deck though it is a specific deck type so i can't really comment on similarity to essensially all other land builds though perhaps you could run gush? it seems like a solid card to add since it is a land deck and it essentailly in this build becomes draw 2 for 0 mana cost so it's solid i enjoy the deck. good luck with the deck. anyway mind taking a look at my newest legacy build? http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=361553

never seen this combo (sarcasm induced cough) No offense but old news decent deck just saying i'm supried how many people havent seen this combo the deck has been there since zend came out once again no offense intended
