Village Bell-ringer works with Splinter Twin too, if you want to double up on the untap effect of Midnight Guard. Impact Tremors is an addition that can cause a win without attacking, though space for it is almost non existent. Here's my take on a Boros Twin deck:http://www.mtgvault.com/dedwards/decks/boros-kikitwin/

As long as you don't mind giving the same advantage to the opponent
Not really seeing the point of Amulet of Vigor and Orb of Dreams, it seems a little gimmicky and more suited for a control deck (which this isn't). Nissa's Pilgrimage is far better than Explosive Vegetation. You only have basic forests, so I don't see that limitation being a problem here. Hell, even Cultivate and Kodama's Reach is better than Explosive Vegetation. Explore will help a lot, especially after a Nissa's Pilgrimage. Search for Tomorrow is by far my favourite land search card. Suspend it on the first turn (or second) to get a land for 'free' 2 turns later (your mana is untapped when this happens), and it puts the land onto the battlefield untapped. You're also not really taking advantage of the landfall triggers. Increasing the number of Avenger of Zendikar and / or including some Zendikar's Roil will help a lot to take advantage of the landfall triggers.
Solidarity of Heroes
Most played or not, there's still no reason to be rude.
No need to get angry. Not everyone plays competitively, nor does everyone want to play the best decks, but rather their own brews.
Altar of the Brood, and Impact Tremors would be nice with Krenko's tap ability. Also, with the number of goblins you are getting out, Descent of the Dragons and Obelisk of Urd could do well.
I can see Dakmor Salvage working well with Raven's Crime. Just not sure if you'd like to mill yourself by 2 every time...
If I had, it'd be in already.
Dingus Egg - deals damage each time a land is destroyed. Avalanche Riders and Shivan Wumpus - awesome creatures that destroy lands. Roiling Terrain; Molten Rain; and Poison the Well - deal damage as they destroy lands. Stone Rain - this and Molten Rain are cheap to cast (3 mana) Roiling Terrain - deals damage to the opponent equal to the number of lands in their graveyard. Encroaching Wastes and Ghost Quarter - lands that destroy lands. There are others, but these are the ones I remember. Boil; Boiling Seas; and Flashfires - sideboard options, but devastating against what they target. Remember that the Ravnica duels have basic land types too. These are only red and there are good green ones too, but I can't think of their names at the moment. Btw, Orcish Lumberjack is the only card stopping this deck from beginning Modern legal.
Don't know, haven't had a chance to playtest it yet.
I'm guessing here, but with Wall of Omens being over $2 each, it's probably too expensive for NorthernWarlord's idea for "budget".
Warmonger's Chariot is an equipment that allows defenders to attack. It also gives +2/+2
Lashwrithe works very nicely with Vampire Nighthawk
Hurricane / Squall Line could be a nice finisher using all of the mana Axebane Guardian can produce (even if from sideboard).
Triton Tactics works awesomely with Phenax's tap to mill effect. Also should be good as a combat trick once Assault Formation is out.
There's never enough Saprolings
Not bad. Wish I had the rares to try this out myself... One thing though, have you considered Honor of the Pure? A static +1/+1 to all your white creatures for 2 mana isn't bad.
Sprout Swarm seems bad (5 mana to produce 1 Saproling), even I was sceptical about it... until I used it, again, and again, and again... The fact that it has convoke is what makes it worthwhile. Don't forget that you can tap creatures with summoning sickness for convoke, including the Saproling it produced in its previous casting.
