maybe add exhume to make things go faster, you can get one out at least and attack with it so you can do more damage, makes it less fun, but more effective.

Awesome creature buffer might make it better, such as AGRUS KOS WOJEK VETERAN!!!!! no he isn't a spirit or arcan, but he will make your glitter fang a 3/1 with haste and what not, not counting all the other buffs, I'm not very good at magic, but I do think you might want to look into this card =)

favorite equipment: lightning greaves, 0 mana equip for haste is epic win!

the fun thing about b/w/u edh decks, is that you can have both magister sphinx and sorin markvo, a 2/99 chance of getting a lower opponents life points to 10, the if youi add the tutors, demonic, diabolic (the easy to get tutor), and vampiric tutor (the impossible to get, best tutor) then you can easily 'thin' the deck while looking for a specific card =)

black knght and white knight or something like that, 2 for 2/2 first strikes I believe also have protection from the opposite color...also death pits of wrath or something really helps in a first strike deck =) hope I helped,

also add more boardwipers, wrath of god, and damnation are both good becase they don't target so it can take down uril, and they cant be regenerated, so there goes skitheryx or korlash, or some others too

Add magister sphinx and also Sorin Markov. They are both easy ways to get your opponents life down rather quickly, and makeing someone life 10 on turn 5-7(depending on the mana and how you run it) is extremely good in edh.
