honestly not bad. ur on ur way to havin a pretty good deck. when u get more money u might want to invest in terramorphic expanse or evolving wilds. they r the cheapest for search lands and will thin out ur deck so u can draw ur better cards faster. other than that looks pretty solid imo.

no no, u can only have 1 plainswalker of the same TYPE on the field at a time. ex u can only have one of the jace on the field not both. and creature bolas is ok so use but his upkeep cost gets annoying.

true but with the colors he is running and the idea of overlord being the kill card thrinax is more of a blocker than he is a game winner. plus if u have let say thrinax, BoP and herald if u dont have overlord u can pull him out fast and get 3 free creatures in case something stops the dragon u would still have something to block with hopefuly.

not bad but it needs some help.

out with: bloodmark mentors, fog of gnats, skirk prospectors, elvish pioneer, two-headed and voracious dragons,trace of abundance, rootbound crag, and finaly auntie's hovel. these cards dont really go with the theme ur trying to build here.

in with: 2 birds of paradise, 4 sprouting thrinax, 2 swamp, 1 forest, 2 mountain, 4 terramorphic expanse( only cause the r cheap)

that should get u started a lil.

i like the SB atm. once m12 is out im sure it will be more solid but looks pretty good atm man. hope u can win a lot with it. prob should do play testing and let us know how its running.

yah i see ur point there. i think u have the artifacts to get tezz some serious power. ur ideas for the SB should be well rounded for most other decks. lol i dont own one either, i just know its one of the most used cards in magic atm. be nice to have one at least. yah i agree titan with venser = d e a d opp lol.

thx lol. i didnt see a point in the search lands a while back only cause im not a tournament player so they seemed dumb to me as well. but i see how they function and work very well in decks. granted if one cant afford the bigger search lands, terra and evolving wilds will work. i would agree with the blanchwoods. they r very nifty cards and always seem to show up right when a green duelist needs them >.>... anyways, erie333 the deck looks a million times better and i hope it wins u aa ton of duels. =D

possiably tezzeret's gambit for more draw or preordain?? not that the deck needs it though. personaly i would switch life's finale with a black sun's.

maybe put in the sb the following:
mana leaks, hex parasite, tumble magnet, maybe a grave titan or frost.?? maybe another wurmcoil engine and maybe some discard.

just some suggestions, looks pretty awsome atm man.

eh lol. though looking at the deck again, the islands and tar pits could probably all come out since its mono black anyways. maybe with the free space from the two islands and maybe taking out one other card (not sure which) u could add in some tezzeret's gambit for draw. i probly would even drop the doomblades for 2 more throats.

not a bad deck, i would maybe take out 2 tectonic edges and 2 tar pits if u want them in there still, for a total of about 4 search lands. u will see it run a lil faster. and u dont need 2 tar pits to activate its ability.

np. its what magic players should do in order to keep the game alive and super strong. :D and trust me that worm is a pain, my brother uses it and its hard to get it off the board especialy when he pumps it up. hope to see an updated deck list as well as feed back on how its doing.

ok the poin of the catacombs and the rainforests is simply thin out the deck. doesnt matter if its multi colored or mono. they help thin the deck and any pro will tell u that terra isnt better. the asceticisms and armors i would agree with and i believe beast within is only here as a sort of spot removal. kinda like doom blade and such.

ok i would drop a wildspeaker, add in some mana ramping, take out some forest for some search lands (they do help ) imo, scio has no place in this deck. its more for token decks as a heavy hitter so i would find a bigger beast. personal suggestion, plated slagwurm. an 8/8 worm that cant be the target of spells and abilities ur opp controls and has trample. i would aslo take out the tiger for more of each spider in the deck, as well as out with the umbras they rnt that good in this kind of deck. possiably add in overrun instead for a major swing. u lack two cards in the deck so maybe 2 green sun's zeneth to search for ur big hitters. hope all this helps.

not bad for an idea but with no way to ramp or protect ur self really, ur prob going to die before u can pull the tangle out. some search land r needed to thin the deck and deff something to protect urself as well as ramp the land.
