sigh another relentless rats deck. thrumming stone is common for this type of decks also marrow gnawer is pretty handy as well. the flaw with these decks is the removal. all it takes is one extraction card and the deck is gone. to combat this i would advise some Dash Hopes.

ok seth, the mana is added to the mana pool. mana pools dont empty till the end of ur turn therefore u can keep that mana in ur pool. nothing says it "goes away" after ur upkeep.

np the board wippers r more or less a back up. if u get screwed out of having no creatures some how they help lol. i think hoard-smelter would be a good idea if he is runnin artifacts

from what i can see, a few search lands in place of a couple mountain would go nice just to speed it up a touch.

personaly from rally the forces down isnt needed in the deck. i would also take out the tormentor, wurmcoil, and urbrask all out as well. more creature hate like shock maybe incinerate and deff lightning bolts. another moltensteel dragon would go good and u can move the helllkite to the SB. 2 more pests would be good as well. even add in some tezzeret's gambit for a lil draw. if u take out the spine engine and the armor u have more room for somtehing cheap like memnite. another burn the impure and 2 more gut shot would be nice here as well.
