well its not a bad start. personaly fog isnt needed in the deck, neither is kargan. i would maybe drop one of each sarkhan as well. just to make it 60. to really use dragonmaster outcast i suggest mana ramping like rampant growth and other cards. especialy with bloodghast being in the deck more land pumping spells would make this alot of fun.

ok soooo my personal opppion is that the dragon is better than marshal. he can be more versatile as u said and most of the time ppl see that marshal and its blown up asap. if anything i would move the marshal to the sb just to keep it around. u could make ur mana curve like u r suggesting, i would suggest even droping at least one burrow making it a total of 15 mana. might run a lil better for u. hope my imput helps ya.

i agree with prizak, i like the deck but idk about having zero basic land cards. that usualy will back fire on most ppl. its always good to have at least a few basic lands. thats just me though.

looking a lil better, but all those tutors r deff not needed. maybe 2 or 3 total but not as many as u have in the deck, i would still drope either 2 nicol bolas creature or just drope him all together. tezzeret's gambit can be fun in this deck as well. combine it with steady progress and its a lot of fun.

release the kraken! lmao i like the deck, seems a lil slow though, and odd u dont have very much boared control but not a bad deck personaly.

deff need more mana especialy some basic lands. drop 2 ultimatum and 2 nicol bolas. ur mana curve is through the roof and droping those cards will help it a lil. also it seems a lil slow, maybe look into draw cards especialy ones that let ur proliferate the counters on bolas. not a bad build over all.

its a pretty good build imo. expensive too. to help with the SS u could use a few everflowing chalice just a thought. i use mind funeral in my bolas deck and it always makes my opp really angry, such a great card=]

it seems like alot of fun can be had with this design. i actualy have a goblin deck that uses the dragon as the main win condition. i can keep my oppenent at bay and build my army up then just drop the dragon for an amazing amount of damage. very fun when u see their face. anyways, i would say for ur deck it would need some play testing before u just add him in.

not bad, personaly i would drop crucible and 2 furyborn. the extra card space would allow u to add ur choice of either dragon fodder, flameslash or lightning bolt. it might might help to drope a land or two as well. the deck seems to get mana flooded at times.

not bad really. mana curve is really high though. as far as gettin a lil more speed i would suggest maybe some tezzerets gambit to help draw what u need.

yah i would agree there=] though my deck doesnt exactly use the hellbent ability. well not like it should, but thats not the way i wanted to go with the deck. been thinking i should make the SB hellbent kinda cards but i dont think it will work. oppions?

yah i know what ya mean. its just another option really. i would deff say more play testing would determine that move.

i might would drop geosurge to 2 or 3. if u dont have a big dragon to hit when u draw the card it can be dead. maybe add in a land or 2 for the geosurges. but thats just me. other than that its pretty interesting.

thx im glade ya like it. it is fairly consistant. yes i could add some bigger dragons but that would make it more like any other dragon deck plus think of it this way. im about to play lets say shivan dragon but against a blue player idk if he really has that mana leak or not. best way to find out is to use gitaxian probe. no threat = dragon hittin the board. its really just a draw/ precaution against blue decks. thx again for checkin it out at least=]

ur welcome and looking at the deck again, if u wanted to add the gambits u could take out both the stone rains and punishing fires to add 3 gambits and another lightning bolt. just an idea.
