I think you should remove the Bloodthorn Taunter and the two Battle Ramparts and add one copy of the Crimson Mage and two copies of Reckless Charge. These changes will drastically increase your damage output throughout all stages of the game. It essentially makes all your smaller creatures dangerous, not just your dragons.

Trogdor will make short work of those thatch roofed cottages. lol
I prefer to keep two Feast of Blood spells in my Vampire deck because I need it to fuel card draws through Necropotence. The prerequisite two creatures is a bit unfortunate, though.
In addition, the Shivan Hellkite should be replaced by the Knollspine Dragon. His ability is highly useful since you will be low on cards most of the time (lots of Geosurges will empty your hand quickly).
Found another good card. You should remove one Crucible of Fire and add in one Rage Reflection. Double Strike would be unstoppable on your dragons.
Dude, you have to incorporate Warstorm Surge into this deck.
The Nirkana Revenant is one of the best vamps in the game, not to mention one of Black's only mana ramp cards. That's a good suggestion.
Replace Quest for the Gravelord with Bloodchief Ascension for added health gain. Replace two Ruthless Cullblades with two Guul Draz Assassins for more removal abilities. Replace one Go for the Throat with a Sanguine Bond to work with your health gain to damage the enemy. Replace Corrupt with Blood Tribute in order to combo kill with Sanguine Bond I think this should work pretty well. I have a vamp deck, too, so I know my way around these kinds of cards.
I'm sure your deck is good at what it does. A black vamp deck is supposed to be built around a savage pursuit of board control and that seems to be exactly what you had in mind while creating this deck. Although this deck does a good job at playing to its strengths, it won't hold against an opponent that plays against its obvious weaknesses. In this case, your deck's biggest weakness is its susceptibility to artifacts and enchantments. I would suggest trying to rework this into a multicolored deck so that you can access anti-artifact and anti-enchantment cards; I would recommend green or white, as those are the best colors in this regard. If you would like an example of what something like this would look like, check out my vamp deck. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=137982 Overall, nice work. I like your take on a vampire deck; keep it up.
You should remove a Ruthless Cullblade and a Pulse Tracker to put in two Guul Draz Vampires. You would benefit greatly from their special ability, especially with Sorin Markov on the field.
I see that you're focusing primarily on the Captivating Vampire in this deck; not a bad plan. I've created my own vampire deck that has been very effective thus far, check it out if you have the time. You may want to include, Anowan the Ruin Sage, Nirkana Revenant, or Kalitas Bloodchief of Ghet. For artifacts, think about Blade of the Bloodchief. For spells, think about Bloodchief Ascension, Sanguine Bond, and Blood Tribute.
This is a very well-constructed deck; I would hate to be the one fighting against it. My bro has built a token tribal deck of elves and it gives me so much trouble. Anyway, well done.
Hey, cool tribal deck. I've wanted to try my hand at making a rogue deck, too. Have you considered adding any "Cloak and Dagger" artifacts?
Excellent zombie deck. I tried putting together a tribal zombie deck with a poison element to it; unfortunately, I haven't play-tested it yet. Would you mind taking a look at it to offer some advice?
Wow, dude, I just now realized how dangerous a well-crafted soldier deck could be.
You may want to replace the 4 Llanowar Wastes cards with 4 Tainted Wood cards.
