Hoarding Dragon, Prototype Portal, any sacrifice outlet and any card that allows you to put cards from your graveyard into your library equals and artifact every time you activate Zirilan. Exile a Cane, Elixir, etc to Prototype Portal, use your commander to find Hoarding Dragon (which in turn finds an artifact) and then sacrifice the dragon before your end step. Then, activate your portal and use your shiny new token artifact to get the dragon back into your library. Repeat until there are twenty artifacts under your control, one of which should be Sundial of the Infinite, and find your Hellkite Tyrant. Then, before your end step, activate the Sundial and win at your next upkeep!Or, collect counters on your Reactor.Or, mill them with various different artifacts.
