a control deck that is designed to have the opponents hand full of cards and not be able to play anything. get out arcane laboratory and black vise and then wait for the win. there r obviously many ways to help keep the opponents hand full, like isochron scepter with boomerang to bounce back one thing per turn, thus creating a stalemate with what they can play and eventually filling their hand entirely. or howling mine and forced fruition which will fill their hand faster then they can imagine. then u have the walls to block what little creatures they will be able to play, and the transmute cards to fetch what u need to make this all happen. be sure to enjoy the sensation of giving the opponent exactly what they need to win and not letting them use it as u slip by for the victory.

i think this is a great deck. i would just add a counter of some sort so you can drop a scepter with one and have total control with arcane laboratory
