Yeah, I'm just spitballing - I like your deck as-is, really.

I think that lich would be great in a Black/Blue mill deck, espec with something like Chromatic Lantern to ensure you have the rigt kind of mana - playing everyone else's creatures sounds like a lot of fun.

Other options / ideas:
Skaab Goliath
Dread Slaver
Havengul Lich

Since you're running card fetch anyway, casting Rooftop Storm with one or two of these in your hand makes your endgame more fierce... It doesn't come out often enough in my Zombie deck, but Grave Betrayal is a great morale drainer once you get the big monsters out. If you're even thinking of going modern - Death Baron!

My buddy has a deck like this more focused on token generation than beefing up things like Blood Bairn. He uses Grimgrin, Corpse-Born and it's extremely annoying. Not only can you make him permanently stronger with each sac, but you also destroy target creature each attack. It's a $1.00 card. I'd pull out the card fetch and put in more Zombies - your whole combo relies on having at least one zombie on the board... as soon as your playgroup knows that then they'll do their best to prevent it.

Smite instead of Celestial fire might be good (costs less). You're going Azorius... why not Colossal Whale? i like Thune, but other than costing money I don't see a purpose for him here - no synergy.

Gideon, Champion of Justice??

Cloudshift for flickering your restoration angel and other 'enters the battlefield' cards.

Pretty sweet use with Xanthrid Necromancer - I like a lot! With Immortal our you could feasibly pay 3 mana, get 18 zombies and 3 demons and still keep your shadowborn...

I like your thinking. I was going to suggest Trostani's Judgement also but it's so prohibitively expensive.

I think you could use a few more counter type spells maybe something like fog or riot control. Oblivion Ring might be good for sideboard. Sundering Growth also plays well.

I also saw nobody mentioned Armada Wurm - so there's that as an option also - I couldn't tell you what to sub him for though, your curve would suffer any which way you go.

Sorry bout the late reply - I'd say one advent for a mimic, maybe? Perhaps the Prime Speaker could get cut down to 1 also. Another good choice there would be a Trostani, Selesnya's Voice - I'd sub her for one of your advents for sure.

Might I suggest progenitor mimic? It's especially useful for this build both in terms of stealing your buddies' creatures and with Biomancer.

If the Mob Boss is allowed to go unchecked, it gets really stupid really fast, lol. Fervor is a good card to have for this kind of approach as well (& Goblin Legionnaire).

Really? Oh man, that stinks! In that case I would suggest something with Cipher that would be useful. Perhaps Hidden Strings would be useful alongside something that taps for damage. Maybe I'm grasping at this point =)

Were you wanting to go creature heavy or more towards instants/sorceries?

Nivix Cyclops & Flux Charger are useful in an instant/sorcery Heavy Deck. If you are planning on putting the Goblin Electromancers in I would suggest using spells with flashback more often than not.

Cackling Counterpart is good for this deck because it could potentially give you another Electromancer or Guttersnipe when you really need it! Combine with increasing Vengeance or Dual Casting to make several inside a single turn.

I also run two Temporal Mastery in my deck... I've worked the miracle cost alongside dual casting and increasing Vengeance to get 3 extra turns before - that is a game changer.

If you run tokens or creature heavy - consider Dragonshift... it can be very useful for endgame. Same goes for Burn at the Stake.

Chandra's fury is good board clear.

Flux Charger and Nivix Cyclops are new additions from DMZ that would fit nicely here. Consider the fact that for each spell cast inside a turn the cyclops gets +3/+0. With that in mind, Dual casting/increasing savagery are both great options for a deck like this - works quite well with guttersnipe... mwahaha

Perhaps a Coat of Arms?
Might as well put a grove of the guardian in as well - you never know when you'll want an 8/8 token with Vigilance.

Cackling Counterpart may be good for this deck, especially with the Biomancer.

Maybe increasing savagery to use Manipulator even if the Biomancer isn't out.

Gavony Township would be good to have for the same reason - keep addin' them counters!

I was going to suggest searing spear for its flexibility.

Also, Viashino Firstblade might be good for this deck... just thinking out loud =)

He works really well in decks like these. There's also Azorius Justiciar, but the tradeoff is no flying and another mana for another detain each bounce.
