Also you can only have 4 Magosi, the Waterveils in your deck as it is a non basic land. otherwise good idea but irrelevant is right by skiping your turn your next turn would be after the skipped turn so if you skipped your turn again, you would have to skip your next turn but since then next turn is skipped it wouldn't be your next turn so it goes to the next... I know that is confusing so how about this: 0 means your turn while X means your opponents turn an - means a skipped turn.
On your turn the turn order looks like this 0X0X0X0X0X0X
if you skip yout next turn it looks like this 0X-(this turn no longer exists)X0X0X0X
so if you skip your next turn again before you end the turn, since the one turn doesn't exist you must go to the next like so 0X-X-X0X0X0X0X
Keep skipping turns and it will look something like this 0X-X-X-X-X00000(These are here because I assume on your next possible turn you are goin to use all 4 of the magosi to get extra turns.)X0X0X

I hope that helps clear it up for you.

harabaz is the 4th ally, and you make a huge mana pool from blue then useing that excess make huge mana pools of other colors if needed.

Actually there are only 8 cards i can't play without the djinn and 26 card to help me get him with another 2 to help me use some of my scry cards over. Stormtide leviathan can be hard summoned if the situation demands it. And in play testing it hasn't been beaten yet. Then again, it's not for tournament use.

I would recommend some wall of denials and path to exiles, Wall of denial is useful as a 0/8 fying defender with shroud. Path to exile can be very useful to exile a a creature that an opponent has tapped out for. yea they get a land but usually in a control deck that shouldn't matter all that much.

If you want more mana ramping go for birds of paradise or arbor elf, if you need more red spells that cause damage, may I recommend bolt, burst lightning, or staggershock,

Right now this deck is made with cards that i have access to. If i had an infinite amount of cards i would probably have built it a bit better... however it runs ultra smoothly and without any hitches so far.

I understand that you have quite a few other ways of dealing with creatures and i have to say I am very impressed, but in my control deck I've found them extremely useful actually preventing some loses because they have shroud. They are difficult to get rid of for your opponent and usually puts them in a tough spot.

I would recommend 4x wall of denial for a defender 1WB for a 0/8 flying shroud defender

Wow, this deck is amazing.
I drew a few sample hands and almost never got anything I couldn't use.

I partially agree with this guy ^
If you want to name it jew burn go ahead... but if someone asks you to change the name because they find it offensive, at least be thoughtful enough to do as they request. Me and my group of friends make many similar jokes like this decks name but we keep them to ourselves and out of the public. I find the name funny but you are in public so please keep the name slightly more appropriate. Other than my rant there the deck looks very good and i wish you good luck with it

Summoner sphinx looks awesome. It could help me set up my Pentavus + Glassdust hulk combo and Memnarch for pseudo removal.

If it is possible to fit in the deck with your budget, may I recommend hellcarver demon for when you just can't get the right mana to play nicol? His ability may be slightly steep, but imagine getting nicol bolas and some other spells out for free. Right now I'm trying to make a deck similar to this for a friend but im not really experienced with grixis type decks so I could be wrong.

Tinker would be great except Emrakul is not an artifact creature. And this deck looks like it is for T2 standard.
