bloodwitch is epic. i have won a game before just by casting her. the other guy had only 1 life left after popping a chandra (dont remember which) and failing to kill me because i used nirkana revenant and kalastria highborns abilities to make my last 3 vamps give me 6 extra life when they died. best part is i topdecked the bloodwitch rofl

Sorin you need to get Mirari Wakenet. I hear it gets excellent reception on any Plane, that way you can get back to playing Fangbook games like Ooze Splash and Orzhov Wars ;)

same here. tournaments are not worth even attempting unless it is sealed constructed like at a pre-release or a release. i dont even like really doing the game day tournaments all that much either, because you always get matched against some person running a $500+ standard deck like Bant Superfriends or Jund Control. i prefer casual with my friends. we all know what the other is playing based on the sleeves the deck is in or the first few cards we play, but even then its never dull. ive had some epic matches using decks that we play all the time, and we are constantly striving to make them better. casual is where its at IMO

see i always strive to make a deck that is different. somtimes it is really hard to do, but the end resultis worth it. A great example of this is my exile deck. it runs just like you would expect a U/B mill deck to run, except it doesnt send cards to the graveyard, it just straight-up removes them. its a fun concept and it was not easy getting it to run just right, but i did. its first match was a 4 man casual FFA where i proceeded to lock down the other 3 players. it took all of them to beat that deck down. a fun concept, but yeah i agree about the canned mechanics. its hard to make something no one has seen before

i have seen or run similar decks like these. my infect often does the same, im in the middle of building a dimir mill with phenax and consuming aberration (the lolz), i already have a sick rakdos deck that annoys the hell out of anyone i play with it, and as for the druid combo, i have seen it and do not ever want to play it. EVER -___-
