So long as you have 2-3 mana in your opening hand, you are pretty much good to go. There is no specific combo that is necessary, nor any one card that makes this deck unstoppable if played. Because of this, it makes stopping it incredibly frustrating & difficult for your opponent(s) to keep you from inflicting damage. The most effective combos in this deck are [Sanguine Bond + Blood Tribute] & [Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood]. While the first will auto-kill any one player, the second is an automatic game winner, regardless of how many players are in the game.
