There are too many cards in this deck, good sir. If you want it to be as efficient as it can be, limiting it to 60 cards is a good option. I would take out the Lanny Elves and Unholy Strength for sure. Unholy strength is a great card for infect, but will only work with the black creatures in your deck. Genesis Wave is entirely unnecessary because you should be winning reeeally early with an infect deck, plus, you simply don't ramp enough to make good use of it. There are better cards than Virulent Swipe to use for this deck, and I'm on the fence about Prey's Vengeance. I do like the idea of Livewire Lash, though. It makes it dually effective when you target your own creatures with Groundswell or Giant Growth and it punishes your opponents if they try to use Grasp of Darkness or something on one of your infect creatures.
